1.Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

We are focused on establishing our new branches in various parts of the world, such as Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, over the next five years. To augment our company and our service to this region. It will be great if we are just a call away with clients because we are more focused on service.

2.What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?

The biggest challenge I am facing right now is lack of qualified professionals. In a view to remedy this challenge my friends and I had a discussion with universities particularly Calicut University and soft skill training institutions to plan a kind of training which is suits to the organisation like mine. And we have started training as well I mean on job training.

3.What is your approach to making salient decisions for the company?

We normally link all the business activities we do in a month in terms of business. We have created our own project management system that can easily keep track of all the activities happening around us and find out the cost of day-to-day development of an application.

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and What motivated you to pull this off?

It’s obvious to have such a thought. Nonetheless, I have had conversations with my senior colleagues. They inspire and revive the faith in me to move on. I always believe and seek the guidance of my senior members in decision making.

5. Describe your biggest achievement

The biggest achievements is happened this Pandemic. We learnt to manage people or schedule work remotely. Also, to keep a track of the work done in the definite time interval. And we learnt to have a proper communication with the client even though they are overseas.

6. From where you get the idea for business?

Obviously, I must thank my previous company owner and CEO who is too young and too talented to manage a good company. I discuss with him as to how to manage a company, how to get clients. We discuss the all challenges so that I can learn from the same. Then I have my big brothers who are like godfathers and have been helping hand. They hold my hands and help me a lot for fulfilling my dream as a entrepreneur.

7. What was your aim to start primal codes?

When I started primary course technology six years ago I found all the business are converting the traditional non-automated system into the merged IT aided automated result oriented systems. All the organisations were adopting new technologies to become a successful company and those who are still not adopting the technology is were being wiped out. This is the time that a passionate software architect found a cab for a custom application development company which is adoptable to SMEs, which can give the best solution as well.

8. Tell us some of your failures

There was failure as well in my journey as an entrepreneur. I found when I had a tie-up with non-techie peoples. It is head ache to do project with them. Their scope for the project never ends.

9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?

Thanks for asking this question, for any business man there must be a family to support us to invest our time on the unique point which is our business. I thank my wife for a never ending support.

10.What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

My message to the young generation and their parents is that if you have a thought or an idea of starting a business, you have to learn how the business is after joining such a firm as an employee. The success of a business is not the successful idea or a passion but there is something beyond that as well like successfully managing the human resource, successfully managing the fund, successfully managing the connections, successfully managing government aids as well.
