• Attendance Management:  It is a touch less and a cloud-based attendance management system.  As no hardware is required it is cost-effective.  Reports and notifications are sent to the admin on a mobile phone.  Employees have to just press a button on the truMe app to mark attendance.  The employee can also choose face recognition to mark attendance.  
• Visitor Management: truMe has created a contactless management ecosystem and the visitors do not have to stand in a queue.  No chaos is created in the reception. The advantage of truMe visitor management is security, efficiency, and convenience.  truMe provides several registration options to its visitors.  
• Meeting Room:  The platform ensures that the legitimate meeting participants are aware of whether the host has come in, who has joined, etc...  Notifications will be sent to participants and hosts.  The admin has complete info about the usage of meeting rooms across various locations.  Admin can book meeting from anywhere, location is not an issue.  The meeting door can be controlled.  One can book a meeting room and available slot from a tablet. 
• Parking Management: Car owners can search for car parking places with mobile apps.  This will help in the arrangement of cars efficiently.  Interfaces used are RFID or QR codes.  Integration of time and payment calculations.  Invited guests with authorization can park vehicles without any friction.  Parking spaces are allocated for each organization for each building which is auto-controlled.  And undesired vehicles can be blacklisted.
