1.Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change? 

Ans:- Currently we are working on a project that will contribute to Infrastructure development of India and In coming 5 years my Company will tap all the industrial sector where structural steel is required and contribute to nation building and making India a manufacturing hub.


2.What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it? 

Ans:- Being new to this Engineering field is a biggest challenge for me and it keep challenges me at every possible situations and scenarios. Being a Management student , entering into an engineering business was always a challenge for me and it still is, and I overcome this challenge on daily basis. Lots of hardwork, study and research about my filed and keen to learn new things is what helped me in overcoming these challenges.


3.What is your approach to making salient decisions for the company? 

Ans:- Looking for opportunities and all the possible challenges and outcome and its consequences, and always having a backup plan for every situation was and will always be my approach towards making decisions. However sometimes is depends on situations as well.


4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?

Ans:- To he honest, I never feel like giving up. Giving up means doubting yourself and your capabilities, nd I don’t like doubting myself, self confidence is one of my strength. But if you ask what motivates me then my biggest motivation is my father, who taught me to never giveup, no matter how worse the situation is, there is always a way out, you just have to be patience and look for it. 


5. Describe your biggest achievement.

Ans:- As businessman my biggest achievement till now is My company has won the Award for Emerging company for Contributing to Energy nd Power sector Of India, but as a person my biggest achievement is for some people I’m there motivator, they motivate themselves by seeing me. Personally I believe Awards is the appreciation for all your hardwork, your efficiency, which is must to keep yourself motivated, but if you are able to motivate others to do good in life, to grow more is an actual achievement.


6.From where you get the idea for business?

Ans:- Idea of this business started by attending a workshop on Solar when I was an MBA student and attended this workshop as utilising my free time, where I came to know about the opportunity of Solar and its structure. Look the irony of this, the base of my business, the idea form which my business started is Solar, and I haven’t done any Solar projects, but I’m looking forward to Work in Renewable Energy also.


7.What was your aim to start the company?

Ans:- I didn’t set any aim initially as there is lots of problems in starting this business. The only aim at that time is keep the business running somehow. I didn’t know that I would make it this far. But now I have the aim to be the top structural steel manufacturer with quality and execute projects that helps in Nation building.


8.Tell us some of your failures

Ans:- There are many failures in the way. I fail to execute some projects but that failure teaches me a lesson what to do next tym and as a result from there every project is successfully executed.


9.What is the role of your family in your successful career?

Ans:- Without my family none of this would be possible, they are the constant motivator throughout. In successful career of mine not only my family plays a role but every single person who never stop believing in me. I would like to thank my teacher specially Mrs. Krity Gulati Mehta who saw the businessman in me a long time ago when I was just student like any other student, who never stop believing in me, who keep guiding me and motivating me even now. Mrs. Mitu Mata, Mrs. Samridhi Singhal, Mr. Mohit Kapil they all played a big role in my Career, without them none of would be possible..


10.What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

Ans:- To all young generation you have the unique chance to design a new world that can even be better than the one we live in. Creating such a world requires not only critical and new thinking, but also courage. Have the courage to suffer – because suffering is often a moment of clarity when you can no longer deny the truth of a situation and when you are forced into uncomfortable change. Have the courage to be fearless and to take risks. 

To the Parents: Every child is unique in their own way, they all are gifted with special talent, motivate that talent. Let them choose their own path. Be proud if they choose to be a businessman or businesswoman, support them. It is a difficult path, but if they have choose it they already have a plan for that, just guide them with your experience and knowledge. Great Nation stands on the shoulder of an Entrepreneur, be greatful that your kid have choosen the path to build a great nation.
