With digitalization and automation making a strong entry into the market, there is a need for companies to alter their information processing and management. This is where ERP implementation walks in.

Handling multiple departments is strenuous without an efficient system in place. With ERP, you can integrate all your data across various departments. This information is stored in a database and can be accessed by stakeholders seamlessly. Other benefits that accompany ERP implementation are efficient resource management, finance, inventory, monitoring, and project management.

In short, for better return of investments, a streamlined planning process, and simplified data sharing, ERP is necessary. With ERP, you can make value-driven decisions and improve project management.

ARISE-NET: The ERP Solution For Construction and Infrastructure Companies

Construction companies and infrastructure developers face lots of challenges such as maintaining purchase inventory, financial management, and delayed project completion. The absence of an efficient project management system may lead to your enterprise succumbing to these obstacles.

ARISE-NET: How does it help?

The growth and profitability of a company are directly linked to project success. Project success is influenced by effective management of human resources, materials, machinery, and efficient planning.

ARISE-NET is an integrated BPM/ERP solution launched by AIPL designed to standardize the business processes. Aiming to optimize time, cost, and resources, this software can get you the productivity and profitability you've been looking for. ARISE-NET Infrastructure ERP is a cloud-based and web-based software that streamlines all complex business processes. This powerful software is especially useful when dealing with large-scale infrastructure projects.

ARISE-NET consists of numerous modules, which are discussed below.

1) HRIS

HRIS is a multifunctional application that has top priority during the implementation of ARISE-NET. With increased flexibility through the use of AI and innovative technologies, HRIS can also be used as a standalone application.

Some of the functions performed by HRIS include resource allocation and management, personal data management, and attendance management. Implementation of HRIS gives you access to unique features such as a unique dashboard for each employee, payroll processing, and role assignment for employees. HRIS also provides the option for integrated mobile and biometric attendance with live tracking.

2) Authorization Matrix

The authorization matrix is the next step in the implementation of HRIS. It is the list of roles and profiles to be assigned to users, which enables them to perform specific tasks. This includes establishing the Reliable Authorization Plan and defining procedures to assign authorizations.

When a user logs into the system, they are assigned authorization access that defines their role and assignment. With different levels of access and authorization, ARISE-NET allows only selected users to perform transactions and programs. Moreover, other activities such as reports, transactions, and data tables are guided by the Authorization matrix.

3) Project Planning Management Services (PPMS)

The growth of an enterprise is directly related to its project success. Successful projects are a result of effective planning, management, and execution. The PPMS module takes care of the entire planning and execution part of the project. It also generates reports to show the success and progress rates of the project. You can also obtain a detailed analysis of the progress and cost of a project in comparison to the project plan.

The PPMS module covers everything from WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), material requisition, and service order management to billing, reconciliation, and project closure.

4) Equipment Management System (EMS)

Managing your assets and scheduling associated activities can help control costs and increase the lifespan of your assets. The equipment management system (EMS) is a modular application that can track your equipment for efficient transfer and allocation. Furthermore, the user-friendly interface increases the efficacy of the maintenance management system.

5) Purchase Management System (PMS)

The PMS module is a package that includes vendor quotations, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders. Among these are several reports such as purchase process tracking, PO reports and pending PO reports.

Purchase management is used for managing the goods, supplies, and inventory necessary to operate the business. These supplies are kept in stock and project management is used to control inventory levels, cost of orders, and maintain vendor relationships.

6) Inventory Management System (IMS)

Inventory management means having the right stock at the right levels, right place, and at the right time and cost. Inventory Management System is a systematic approach for sourcing, storing, and selling inventory. Inventory includes raw materials and finished goods. IMS module includes reports for stock status and receipt and other features such as stock posting, stock closing, and material transfer.

7) Financial Accounting Management System (FAMS)

The FAMS module manages the monetary flow of the company. You can track and keep records of all transactions including expenses, investments, and taxation. The module includes everything that an accounting department uses, ledgers and balance sheets to expense and income management, and auto voucher generation.

8) Billing Management System (BMS)

The BMS module is the solution for all your billing needs. This integrated solution works on generating bills for all products and services whose orders have been placed. The invoice is generated and the bill is sent to the accounting department for final review. It includes supplier bills, client bills, PC bills, and labor justification bills. Other than that, the BMS module also provides reports on work order requisition, party acceptance and pending work order.

9) Integrated Communication Management System (ICMS)

Effective communication with stakeholders or communication within the organization is facilitated by the ICMS module. ICMS manages the document system and stores all letters and documents in a central repository system. The use of cloud storage makes it possible for users to access it at all times.

ICMS further has 3 modules – Admin, Inward and Outward.

Admin or controller is the centralized controller at the head office that has control over all inward and outward letters. Inward is used for the maintenance of all letters and attachments received for a project. Outward is used for issuing new letters for a project. Each outward letter will be acknowledged by head office before dispatch and will carry a unique number generated there.

ICMS also includes an Individual Right Management system that transfers letters when needed and assigns responsibilities for each department based on the need for management.
