6. Define your business and how does it impact the market/ society?
We started the business on March 09th, 2020. From every rupee we earn, we both would love to and encourage people to contribute something to the society. With the idea, we have decided to contribute something to the society from our digital marketing startup. Every quarterly, the equal amount of the engagements on WeAreVery’s social channels will be contributed to an orphanage near Rajahmundry. Since the inception, we have successfully did it for 4 consecutive times.
Since majority of the clients are political parties, apart from providing general promotional services, WeAreVery also suggests them in the betterment of the society which in turn is like win-win situation for political party, our digital start-up, and the society.
Not just that, we have corporate clients with their amazing strategies to follow their path without letting the clients invest a single penny from their pockets and a free publicity. Below is the gist of some of the clients
• Fabric Store: Wear a torn shirt but buy a good book. Inspiring from this saying, we strategized and proposed this idea that on every successful purchase of one shirt, a student will receive a book. As a result, many shirts were sold, and many children received books for their education.
• Exclusive Women Fashion Store: To this exclusive women store, we gave the right to education for every girl child. Some percentage on our monthly invoices will go to the funding of girl education from lesser fortunate sections of the society to help them to be financially independent in the future.
• Mother and Child hospital: When they reached out for digital marketing services promoting the idea, we suggested them an interesting idea- starting this women’s day, for every girl child born at the hospital through normal or C-section, will get a lifetime free consultation with them.

7. Which problem does it solve, if any?
Fulfilling all the digital marketing needs for every brand around us by explaining them about the importance of digital marketing and how does it help business to stand out among competition.
8. What is the USP of your business?
We both have film background. From strategy to creatives, we always think and act on how an end user will perceive it. This is our unique selling proposition along with our zeal to learn and grow.
10. Future prospect of the business.
We want to consider WeAreVery.in as a foundation to many more startup ideas to come and we want to bring all of those together under one umbrella to create opportunities primarily for the less fortunate sections of the society.
11. What encouraged you to start your Business/Profession?
We both strive to be the best in everything we do and want to do similar things when we both met on a film set in which we were working together at that time. Over the time, we kept in touch with each other even after the film was done. We used to discuss how the world is moving towards digital with every passing day. Coincidentally, we both left our high paying jobs in chase of our respective dreams – that was the inception of an idea to become WeAreVery today.
11. Whom do you consider as your inspiration/Idol professionally and why?
The one thing that brought us together is – we value our respective families and our happiness component.
Sai – I am my daddy’s pet. He always taught me how to be the best in everything I do – from being a class topper to starting business on own and to value people. One thing I always admired and tried to implement is to give back to the society.
Chaitanya – I have learnt so much from my dad about how to deal business and people. My family never discouraged or never said NO which has become my strongest and biggest asset to achieve something. This is one of the reasons for my never-ending experiments with technology.
12. What type of Struggles/problems did you face as an entrepreneur? What has been your learning from them and how did you overcome them? Anything from your personal life that may have impacted you professionally?
We faced a challenge what nobody else faced yet. Within few days of starting our digital agency, pandemic hit, and the entire country was in lockdown. The first half of our first year into business was spent with endless discussions on how to manage our existing clients.
Naturally inquisitive and solution-oriented like-minded thinking, so during those prolonged discussions, we concluded that we would not let people forget the brand by leveraging the power of social media. Idea seem to solve the problem, but the implementation was the toughest part. Before we even established ourselves, we faced too many operational challenges. We would like to thank Mr. Krishna, Asst. Professor at IIT Delhi for his continuous support in writing content during the challenging time.
Our clients too valued our serviced during pandemic, they showered us with referrals.
13. What were the essentials needed to start your business or pursue your profession?
Sai’s strategic thinking blended with Chaitanya’s technical creations are the essentials.
14. How did you identify the opportunity in the market?
We are very proud to say that we haven’t ventured out in market for business yet. Brands reached out to us and with just one happy customer, we are getting referrals.
15. What makes you unique as an entrepreneur? Anything from your personality that has helped you professionally?
Our uniqueness component lies in our thought process of giving something back to the society from everything we earn. We encourage our clients to do so for which they too agree happily.
Secondly, we are choosy. Yes, we choose our clients. We do not like to repeat our client base in same industry – we are adventrous thay way. We do so to get hands-on experience and knowledge in every possible industry to be ready when any such necessity comes.
16. What have been your learnings from entrepreneurship/ your profession?
When we both were working as employees for an organization, like everybody else, we too have taken many things for granted. But when we started our own organization, the first thing we both learned is how difficult it is organize and how to manage people.
Sai – I have learnt the importance of striking a balance between personal and professional life. I have learnt to draw a line. I started valuing time now more than ever.
Chaitanya – I always to stand out among competition. In the process, a realization dawned on me – to be a successful digital marketing agency, we must be technically advanced. That’s what I’ve learnt – the importance of learning.
17. Any advice to anyone starting up or budding/aspiring entrepreneurs?
Every start-up will have ups and downs. Instead of giving up easily, we advise people to not give up. If we would have given up our business during pandemic, we wouldn’t be here now.
Moreover, if any such start-ups have digital needs, we will help.
