I have joined this industry as a part timer when I was in 10th class. After completing my MBA, when I entered to this industry as a full-time employee, at that time I had 8 years of experience and I was 22 years old. Within three years, I became General Manager of 60 rooms hotel which was equipped with five star facility. So, my key to success is hard work with smart way. I always wanted to build my career in the service industry because this industry has a great potential. Taj and Oberoi have already created their history and they are pioneers of this industry and when they were writing their history, at that time I was not born. I always believe in constructive way and consolidated growth where your team and your investor will get satisfaction in long run.
8.Tell us some of your failures
I loved failures so much because it always gives you very good experience which is essential for success. If you got success in one attempt, that means either you are very lucky or you have got good foundation of others. But after several failures, believe me taste of that success is far-far better than one attempt success. So love your failures as much as you love success.

Believe in yourself. Don't put yourself in others shoes. Create your own Himalaya. Always respect your parents in every situation because they are the best gifts for you which God has given. I always advice to all parents that don't force your children to complete those dreams which is seen by you. Rather you should try to motivate them so that they can achieve and fulfil their own dreams.
