Interview With Jatin Shah - Founder & CEO of H S INTERNATIONAL

1.Describe about your Business and founders

Our company H S INTERNATIONAL found by jatin shah with his son Smit shah and heet shah ,Heet and Smit first initiatialale company name, it is in import,export and trading of chemicals, solvents and food items..it is operational in Dec 2020 only,previouly jatin shah running Joyce lub and chem LLP .we try to bring innovative and india first product in india and its first product is NIMBOO RAS.

In this covid time,whole world facing problem in every field,we also face problem in trading of chemical business,but I am always looking for something new,innovative ideas and always try to implement it,to survive we are started on small scale,bring Nimboo ras,first of its kind product in india, ready to use pure fresh lemon pulp in bottle of 14 lemons, forget to bring lemons from market. 

Honestly we can't predict future ,but we are confident about our products, logistics service, friendly approach, quick response , our motto is " business by relation,no relation by business. "

We will be strong player in local,national and international market with our innovative, consumer friendly products.

Ups and down in life indicating our existence, wheather its business or personal,dedication,faith in God and mainly strong family support had make me going..and we will surely on success path with it once again.

I had started from scratch just with 5 lacs from father and today we are in market with new products every month,is this not achivement ? I am sure for first generation businesses it is lot.

I belive if you keep your eyes and ear open and listen and see around your world ,you will find people's problems and your opportunity,just studying it and working on it.that's why we bring Nimboo ras for every housewife,chef and hotels.. Just squeeze to use it.

I want that my company will bring product that help people in general, worth what they spend and provide employment , associate with new start up and lead them to success.

Failure is one part of moving towards success, I was not fail but lost some payment in chemical business, you only face and accept failure when you stop to start again.

As I told you earlier family support is must for successful business or as successful person.family hold you tight in every stage of life.

Real success comes with family only

I want to say to new young generation to think big , think positively , and most importantly act on it..your dream will be success when you act ,els it's just dream. And all perents pls give space to your children's they are far ahead in thinking and working for their better life, teach them family values , politeness to others and care for others.when you give hand to someone you also rise,when opposite person happy with you ,you will be feel automatically happy.

2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?

In this covid time, the whole world is facing problem in every field. We are also facing problems in trading of chemical for our business, but I am always looking for something new, innovative ideas and always try to implement it to survive. We have started this on a small scale so that it will be convenient to match the demand and supply.

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

Honestly, we can't predict future, but we are confident about our products, logistics services, friendly approach and quick response. Our motto is "business by relation, not relation by business." Very soon we will become a strong competitor in local, national and international market with our innovative and consumer friendly products.

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?

Ups and down in life indicates our existence, whether its business or personal. Dedication, faith in God and mainly strong family support made me keep going and we will surely on success path with it once again.

5. Describe your biggest achievement

I started from scratch just with Rs. 5 lakh that I got from my father and today we are in market with new products every month. Isn’t this an achievement? I am sure for first generation businesses it is a great achievement.

6. From where you get the idea for business?

I believe if you keep your eyes and ears open and listen and see around your surroundings, you will find people's problems and your opportunities. I’m just studying it and working on it.

 7. What was your aim to start the company?

I wished that my company can bring product that will help people in general, worth what they spend, provide employment, associate with new start-ups and push them to success.

8. Tell us some of your failures

Failure is one part of moving towards success. I have not failed but lost some payments in chemical business. You only accept failure when you stop to start again.

9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?

As I told you earlier, family support is must for successful business or to become a successful person. family holds you tight in every stage of your life. Real success comes with family only.

10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

I want to say to the young generation that, “Think big, think positively, and most importantly act on it. your dream will get success only when you will work for it, else it will remain as a dream only.” And all parents, please give some space to your children. They are far ahead in thinking and working for their better life. Teach them family values, politeness and how to care for others. When you give hand to someone, you also rise with the person. When the other person is happy with you, you will automatically feel happy.
