1. Describe about your Business and founders

The core philosophy behind CADTECTURE is to provide quality of education and training towards the young graduates in the field of civil engineering. The organization has started their ground works in the year June 2019. It has conducted different types of surveys among the students it’s a initiative by “SAI CHANDER GATTU” CEO & Founder and later on team has grown gradually in the different sectors of organization .It has successfully started training sessions to the students from month of march 2020. The thought of which was ignited during the earlier years of my graduation


2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?

  The biggest challenge is how to challenge and overcome with the competitors and sustain in the market. And the other one is choosing a good “TEAM“ in the early stage of start-up no one is willing to work with us and trust us every one is in a dilemma that are we going to sustain or not. How do you overcome it? we have to give the output what people has trusted us that’s the only way we face our competitors and by coming to team I have found very good team who trusted me and moving on.


3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

 In the next five years we are planning for mou’s with different colleges in India .As also we need to expand our wings into different sectors like (mech, electrical, ece ..,). By this we can say that students who are graduating they are in the colleges and the universities and we would like to enhance and work on our strengths by filling the gap by conducting different workshops and trainings.


4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and What motivated you to pull this off?

 As a CEO we face many problems we have to take care of each and every problem is important the responsibilities, team building, etc., most of the people see the only success of the company but many of them did not know the hard work behind that I motivate daily myself for as a great carer is going to come .


5. Describe your biggest achievement

  Achievement points are far away because every achievement is big for you until you have achieved it. After some time, you have to set new goals for your further journey. But to share that on our first training program we have taught the 4 students of engineering that day is memorable and this was our first achievement.


6. from where you get the idea for business?

 I got this idea during my graduation as we have completed our graduation but no skills has developed so that’s the thought where our idea has started we taught that by our idea we can help the students in gaining the industry oriented skills.


7. What was your aim to start the company?

The aim was to provide an elevated platform for the core engineering graduates, and help them support their decision by showing the right career path for them to achieve the prefect balance in work & life.


8. Tell us some of your failures

 We have faced many problems in the early stages of company .many of the students and colleges has rejected us we keep motivating and move on for a better carrer.


9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?

 My family has always had faith in me and is always ready to help me in any situation. They have given me a good inner soul and good foundation.my family is also my team. It’s all has happened just because of their support.


10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

  As I was not so old so I just all suggest all my friends and fellow mates. Try hard for the great things and never give up in the middle. Never follow anyone, just be yourself, And the only thing I can say for parents is don’t compare your child with anyone he has his own abilities let him find they just always needs a support from you.
