1. Describe about your Business and founders

We are revolutionizing the Content Publishing industry by reinventing the way people publish, read and connect over internet.

Glexpace or Glexpace Nebula Robotics LLP or GNR LLP belives in making people much more intellectual, stressfree and sensible. We are AI driven Content Publishing Platform where people can share their life's escapades and others can deliberate. With the help of Data-Science we let our authors to connect with the mates of similar intellect, they can listen authors voice with background music, to feel the emotions. Authors can earn with respect to the views they get. Our new version is going to be live soon.

We are 4 core team members, Mr Shashank Singh, one of the most idea generating guy, he has always helped us to focus on building the great platform. Mr Saumy Tripathi, the man who helped us to focus on the upcoming technologies, rather than being with old ones, His entrepreneurial thinking helps us everytime. Mr Arth Yadav, one of the most techy guy for us, his vision to make the platform more secure, fast and beautiful has helped us alot. And thanks to all our team members who are working hard with us. 2.What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it? 

The biggest challenge of being a CEO is hiring, because if hiring is not right we gotta deal with tens of other challenges, to overcome it, we must think about the people we are going to hire, we made sure to onboard those people who can manage their works innovately by themselves. We have been Loyal and Transparent with them.

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

Every Morning I wake up, I wish all the humans to have mates of similar intellect and to revolutionize the content publishing industry. Our vision for the coming years is to let more and more people connect with other people who thinks, act and feels like them, Our vision is to make the content publishing industry at its best. 4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off? 

Never, You need to shoot me in the head, and still I'm not going to feel giving up as I've promised to make our members stressfree, intellectual and sensible.

5. Describe your biggest achievement

Our achievements are still on their way, and we are going to catch them one-by-one as We have a long way to go. Still when Glexpace Authors and Readers give Feedbacks, we can call it our achievement.

6.From where you get the idea for business?

Back in 2016, I was having Suicidal thoughts, and someone told me about Blogging, after few weeks all my stress went away, I started my Content Writing Firm, Ponderdo, gained huge amount of views, but later I found that there are some gaps in Content Publishing Industry, which needs to be filled, and then after R&D, I Assured myself that Glexpace will help people being cognitive.

7.What was your aim to start the company?

Our aim has always been to revolutionalize the Content Publishing Industry and the way socialization occurs for readers, writers and intellectuals.

8.Tell us some of your failures

Yess! So we have failed many times, but never made the same mistakes again, one huge failure was our Android Application, which was launched months ago and eventually failed. But we are focusing on Future and the Industry is going to be huge in the coming years.

9.What is the role of your family in your successful career?

Success means peace of mind, so whosoever has peaceful mind is successful. Mr Moti Lal Chaurasia and Mrs Girija Devi, my parents helped me at every stage of this on-going life. And if there has been any stuff I'm stressed about my siblings helped me the most. The best thing is they never scolded me for failures, they taught and made me move ahead.

10.What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

Change is necessary, do something you are passionate about. I used one rule when I was in my dark days, I call it 33 days No Mobile Challenge, what you gotta do here is to uninstall social medias, don't use smartphone, you can use keypad, if you need to search anything use family phone, write your feelings, thoughts and goals. After 33 days go and start achieving that Goal. Respect every human, Appreciate yourself, forgive yourself and Love yourself.

For Parents, believe in your kids, I'm sure whatever they are doing they are doing it not only for themselves but even to make your life beautiful too. Love and respect your Spouse in front of your kids. Teach them everytime but let them choose their own career.
