Susrava is an IT consulting company where Technology takes you to the next level. Company is managed by like-minded technocrats who have proven experience in the IT Solutions, Consulting and Management.
We identify your specific objectives and align our delivery model as per overall project goals. We have the capabilities to cater a cost effective onsite offshore team structure that can be scaled up as needed. We have skilled and experienced hands-on professionals who can add value, best practices, tools & techniques refined over several years.
2. What is the biggest challenge of being a Director and how do you overcome it?
The biggest challenge was seeking stakeholders who would understand the purpose, vision and operational model of company and work together with same mindset to achieve the goal. In addition, COVID was another challenge immediately after the company was formed. We had to reach out to customers with new strategy and it was quite unexpected situation. However, we managed it by integrating technology into each step.
3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?
Currently we are operating from Bangalore and Kochi for supporting customers all over the world. In Next 5 Years we are looking to expand our operations to Middle East, Europe and US by establishing Local offices.
4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a Director and what motivated you to pull this off?
I can never think of it as our vision is clear and we want to bring a revolution in the industry.
5. Describe your biggest achievement
In short span, we have delivered 3 major products to market. Remindme App is getting popularity day by day in IOS and Android Platform. Our education Product eTuition is well received by Parents and Teachers across India, Middle East and US. During COVID time, we released eSchool LMS for supporting Schools to conduct online classes.
6.From where you get the idea for business?
We get ideas from our day to day life. Our pains and desires are converted as ideas and we hope that it will help our society and next generation. We don’t do anything for just business we do it as a service.
7.What was your aim to start the company?
We target to utilize Indian Talents and resources to bring Foreign business to Indian Market.
8.Tell us some of your failures
First of all, its not failures; its learning lessons. Since we are a startup, we trusted our developers and we couldn’t get proper skillset due to our budget constraints. We reduced our expectations and scope of work to match the budget which resulted in a disappointment. We had to invest extra money and resources to overcome those deficiencies to deliver a product within our expectations.
9.What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?
We may wonder already there are so many established firms. How can we become successful? Well, No matter what idea you have for business, there is always a scope of success if you work consistently on it. And to the Parents of the Z-generation, Support your child’s dreams and don’t limit their thoughts with restrictions. Please support them like a shadow even if they fail and encourage them to go for their passion.
