challenge of being a MD and how do you overcome it?
My biggest challenge is to get the projects
from clients and also maintaining the projects.
3. Where do you see the
company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?
In the next five years,
I want to see my company as one of the leading publishing company in Hyderabad.
My aim is to provide employment to thousand people within five years. And for
achieving this target, we are focusing on getting more clients.
4. Did you ever feel like giving up on
being a MD and what motivated you to pull this off?
I never felt like giving up and going back to a rat
race. I was brave enough to come out of my comfort zone. I am motivated enough
every day to work harder than the day before. I am prepared enough to fail
harder and start over.
5. Describe your
biggest achievement
My biggest achievement
in my startup is we have delivered one lakh pages PDF Remediation output within
one month. For a startup with fewer resources, it is a very big achievement I
think.
6. From where you get the idea for
business?
After my B-Tech, I worked in publishing domain. At
that time, I noticed that there is going to be a lot of demand for eLearning
products in coming days. So I quit the job and started an e-Learning based
company.
7. What was your aim to start the
company?
My aim to start the company is to provide employment
opportunities to the people.
8. Tell us some of your failures
In the initial days,
due to lack of proper knowledge on this industry, we lost some big projects. My
suggestion is always know about your industry completely before starting a
venture.
9. What is the role of
your family in your successful career?
I came from an
agriculture based family. In the initial stage of my start-up they were afraid,
but they encouraged me a lot even in my failures. They are backbone to me and they
always supported my vision.
10. What is your
message to the young generations and to their parents?
My message to younger generation is, focus on
learning the technology and stay up to date. Knowledge is King and it plays
vital role in employment and entrepreneurship. So first learn the key concepts
carefully and apply them in live environment.
Parents can encourage their child to be successful
and don’t discourage them. You can give free hand to your child.
