1. Describe about your Business and founders.
Hi, my name is Vijayraj. I am the Founder
and CEO of Alonzo Infotech. Alonzo Infotech was started on December 2019 and
it’s a medical billing company located in Coimbatore and Trichy, Tamilnadu,
India and Overseas office is located at Washington in USA. We provide wide
range of business services in Business Process Outsourcing, Knowledge Process
Outsourcing and Information Technology Enabled Services. Alonzo Infotech is a
Multifaced company working across various fields such as US Medical Billing,
Data Entry Process Outsourcing, E-Commerce Platform, Telecommunication and
Banking sales projects.
2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?
Being a CEO of the company, biggest
challenge is getting the projects from the clients continuously. In every
project we need to understand the client requirements and specification of the
project. We need to ensure the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality
standards so that we can overcome the challenges which we are facing in getting
the projects.
3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the
change?
I can see my company after 5 years being
very much successful in the industry and becoming a brand company in terms of
quality and Turnaround Timely Deliverables in every project. By giving good
deliverables with quality in every project, new client will be added to our
company portfolio, hence, I can expand my business.
4. Did
you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this
off?
I have never ever felt like giving up. I am
motivated by setting the goals in priority basis and I always implement my
goals without compromising quality. Self Confidence, Hardworking and diligence,
these three qualities are making my dream come true in my business.
5. Describe
your biggest achievement?
My biggest achievement is that no one can
get Healthcare work projects from the United States clients easily specially
when it’s a start-up. In the year of 2019 November I have approached one client
from USA with my work experience in US healthcare industry and I got a practice
demo project from the USA client. Then I started working on that at my home.
Due to my continuous work efforts, I gave good deliverables and quality work to
the client. Client has been satisfied with my work, right now I am having 10
clients around globally and I am having two offices in Tamilnadu, India with 30
employees.
6. From
where you get the idea for business?
I am having 10 plus years of experience in
TCS, OMEGA HEALTHCARE, NAVIGANT INDIA PVT LTD and LOGIX HEALTH INDIA PRIVATE
LTD in US Medical billing Industry. With my experience I have noticed that
there is huge demand in US Healthcare process. So, I quit the job and started
my entrepreneur career in US Healthcare Industry.
7. What was your aim to start the company?
Efficient Management of client’s revenue is
one of the most important keys to their success in business industry. Our aim
is to understand the client’s requirements, specification and ensure the
deliverables with quality standards in the stipulated time.
8. Tell
us some of your failures?
About our failure, during initial days due
to lack of manpower in this industry we lost some clients. After that we
managed that with good manpower. My suggestion is to recruit the right employee
at the right job is one of the best ways in order to avoid the failures.
9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?
Thanks to my beloved wife Suganya, my
father Kanagaraju, my mother Lakshmi, who encouraged me and motivated me to
become a successful man in my business career.
10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?
My dear next generation, keep educating yourself, focus on your studies and find learning opportunities. Don't follow peoples' negative thoughts and believes neither the culture, instead inspire others to follow you and be a role model for your society, fellow classmates and colleagues.
My message to the young generations is, “Try to be proactive, self-starter, quick learner, self-motivator and don’t be afraid of taking risks. If you want to touch the sky, you have to accept that you may fall down so many times. Keep motivating yourself, try thousands of ways and come up with the best version of yourself.”
And my message to parents is, “Keep motivating your children, understand their passion, allow them to work towards their passion and let them lead their successful life in their career.”
