Jamitson is AI powered holistic technology ecosystem of High-Quality Health education and green lifestyle. Jamitson uses big data algorithm analytics & technology integration tools to optimize, offer and deliver personalized products & solutions based on consumer’s life pattern insights.

How it works:- AI powered machine learning  programs and artificial neural network  logic algorithms,wireless sensor network equipped  technology  helps to track, analyze, compare and process consumer’s  holistic data in Real time  with  high accuracy, thus makes decision making faster.  

Our Vision:- To make costumers Happy healthy and productive throughout the world by using technology as a powerful tool for growth of the users.

Mr Randeep Kumar who is basically from Jammu and Kashmir, Kishtwar city is currently serving as the CEO and Managing Director of the company. He has significant Knowledge and educational Research background in interdisciplinary fields whereas   Miss Simran Kaur with her 18 + Years of dynamic Job experience in Healthcare management settings such as Hospital, Schools Diagnostic Centres etc is serving as Executive Director of the company and is basically from Jaipur Rajasthan.  

In the existing ecosystem, such an advanced  & exhaustive  Research and development  Corley  by leveraging the power of & Machine learning  was never done before specially in India, in a country which has such a diverse culture, designing a product was bit challenging but ultimately today we have succeeded in the same, based on the existing  big data analytics , soon we will be launching our own wearable which will offer holistic technology integration tools to connect with any device for delivering  your holistic health based  life pattern insights which can be easily optimised by users at any  time anywhere by implementing on the instructions suggested by algorithms of Jamitson AI.

As the start-up company is solely working on enhancing health education & green lifestyle, so this is something which is really the need of ours, and must have solutions of Jamitson AI for everyone to survive well in this pandemic  situation, and at the present time when we have lost many of health, fitness experts in the previous COVID waves, technology is the only option we can rely on to survive and sustain and only continuous improvement in health  technology for day to day problems specially with AI/ML and internet of things that can save humanity and humans in future, from any of these situations, as we believe not humans but  technology once developed can remain   permanent and can potentially create a significant impact on society if developed and utilized well.

As being a technology  driven and technology solution based company our team has adapted to communicate information through Social Media  groups where we exchange projects  and communicate as a team, and we feel hyper connected in the same, with this experience we are so optimistic that 5G will  definitely add more value in our existing products and will enhance the work real time  experience for technology based companies, this ultimately will help users to get much better products and solutions  experience to be offered by technology based companies like us. 

Start-up success story:

Randeep Kumar the founder of Jamitson who is basically from Jammu and Kashmir from district Kishtwar. His Grandfather Shri Jamit Ram was a great doctor and a good psychologist too. Out of their inspiration Randeep decided to take their legacy forward and to bring out something for the world, even Randeep had an experience about how holistic health technology can help users to improve  & enhance their life experience, this led to the formation of Jamitson while he was studying Bachelors of Pharmacy in Gyan Vihar University, he got a chance to study there under JK PMS Scholarship scheme, and with the help of university's start-up friendly environment, there he was able to make his dreams come true in the form of Jamitson.

AI Powered ecosystem of holistic health education & green lifestyle is something which is really needed, and not everyone was able to afford the same. That’s where we come in and make the journey easier , users just start our test, our team of experts along with Artificial Intelligence /Machine learning team took this challenge to educate and  aware people that there is so much which is so common and it’s a natural phenomena about which they should not be worrying about and should not even take any wrong decision based on something which they really don’t know about , absence of a direct human involvement helped users  to be more confident to put their exact value of about what they actually  feel about themselves, thus it helped AI algorithm of Jamitson to process the most accurate  insights & results, which helps users to get their accurate  Life-pattern insights which they enhanced based on life pattern optimisation technology suggested & developed by Jamitson AI team of experts. 

 

2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how you overcame it?

I feel as I am a very young Co-Founder of the company even under the age of 25 years, so to keep up with the pace of this fast-changing world where rapid transition happens and trends just change everything, especially the technological communication which has connected the people so proactively with each other. In such a fast and rapidly changing scenario keeping your knowledge up to date, and predicting the future in such uncertainties I feel is the most challenging part as a CEO.

My Research and development attitude and technical knowledge of interdisciplinary field along with reading ancient books and compiling the holistic insights to implement in the current scenario is something which helps me in maintaining pace and innovation culture in the company enthusiastically with a global perspective, this ultimately gives me an edge to be unbeatable and stay ahead of my competition always.

 

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

 

In the  upcoming  5 years, I see the company  growing as one of the biggest software technology producer of enhancing better wireless  coverage and connectivity through building excellent  internet infrastructure, will offer AI powered  advanced and futuristic out of box surveillance,  security solutions  to  airport  and  government  to avoid infiltration of intruders, will offer Intellectual  Identification number (JIIN) as a smart-card for citizens with pro features, will offer AI powered  smart schools equipped by 7D and VR technology with maximum engagement of students in it, with  any time anywhere and to  for while solving and rectifying all the loopholes, will adopt block chain technology  gradually and big data analytics to support holistic technology integration  tools devices so that our Artificial Intelligence systems  will work efficiently and we will be even one of the best  hardware  manufacturer of innovative products like smart stress, depression, anxiety measuring wearable devices. AI powered engaging Robot counsellors, AI powered smart biomedical devices, smart and cheap bio materials for packaging industry with fast biodegradable properties, affordable Super food nutrition supplements prepared under SGVU- DST BBI MISSION to fight malnutrition and to enhance mental health, ideally will be supplied to all hospital patients and rehabs will be available in wide range varieties. Separately working on universal animal food, biotechnology based portable hydroponic systems to grow daily vegetables. AI Powered smart farming devices, smart waste management equipment’s manufacturing and distribution of the same globally under make in India initiative, and to export all throughout the world.

 

4. did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and how did you overcome it?

Haha! Yes, during the pandemic. Apparently in the first wave it looked like “gya sb khatam” but within the next quarter with my couple of efforts things started turning out with results again. As while pandemic, I invested most of my time in getting as much as knowledge about the things, this knowledge bought me with more knowledge and I felt myself as more matured and proactive and prepared towards the situation.

5. Describe your biggest achievement?

Starting a Private limited company, being the first startup of my university in my second year of Bachelors of Pharmacy, I feel this is my biggest achievement for which I will be always thankful towards myself and to all my key supporters forever.

6. From where do you got Idea for the Business?

All the ideas came from my real life unusual experiences, with some products and services adds in the form of solutions which clearly alarms towards urgent demand of specific product and services in the market too.

7. What was your aim to start the company?

My aim to start the company was to bring excellent holistic health Life pattern and let people experience the peace of mind and mindfulness to enjoy life as a gift of nature .Mental health among the people was a very big dilemma, I was curious to solve their challenges make people happy with the help of my tools techniques and technology with my team of professionals.

8. Tell us about your failures.

I have faced countless failures till now. Since from my journey to till now, I did applied for different prominent startup incubators, initially, changed up my business models, entered in different revenue generating streams. But now in nutshell, I felt that my all failures proved to be ultimate blessings form me.

9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?

Family has been my core motivation and ultimate reason for my successful career as Dr Jamit ram my deceased Grandfather was an excellent doctor, researcher and holistic psychologist too. His vision towards holistic wellbeing inspired me to take his legacy ahead with the Jamitson startup Powered  Artificial Intelligence and life pattern insight optimization technology,

Secondly, in my family my parents, they are the youngest, and with modern thinking we really are able to maintain a happy growth-oriented ecosystem.

Thirdly, my mom and dad have invested  their everything in spite of massive financial struggles till now  in my whole journey , they have supported me significantly at each and every step, I feel delighted  proud and thankful to have them in my life.

 

10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?

My message to young generation would be – “find your passion and come out of your comfort zone, chase your dreams, chase your passion, find more about yourself, explore your talent, make someone your mentor and follow him/her, you all will reach your destination soon.”

My message to their parents is that, never fear about your son and daughter’s failures because only failure brings growth in life, so let them fail many times; they will be there soon, near to their success one day.

11. How did you manage Funding?

Initially both founders invested in the company and later on even university helped the company, in the same, because Jamitson was the first startup of the university, so got the first mover advantage in terms of funding support, technology infrastructure and mentorship also. As we have more than 1 business vertical in our technology ecosystem that is why we are able to sustain even in the tough time, because of self sustaining model.
