Hello, my name is Vignesh Ragupathy, I did my post graduation in MCA in the year 2011. I have started my own company in 2013 and I am the only founder of BigWigs Technologies. My business is about IT and ITES Services and we provide all services related to Information Technology. Currently we are serving clients across the globe like India, China, US, UK and Japan.

2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?
My biggest challenge is to maintain clients and sustain employees. Because, in our business employees play a major role. Once they get experienced, company will get profit. My major role is to lead a team as per client's needs.
3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?
Now we are into service sector, in the next five years being very successful in this industry as well, we will make our “own digital product” with own support like Computer Application or Mobile Application. Will become a best brand with big clients very soon.
4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?
I have never thought of giving up on being a CEO. I love failures, challenges and risk. Because, risk and failure only will give a thinking of how to became successful. I motivate myself and remind the mistakes which I committed last time. Always I run harder until I reach my goal.

5. Describe your biggest achievement.
In our career we have translated more than 50 lakh sentences from Tamil to English and vice versa. Clients are very happy because we deliver as their expectations.

6. From where you get the idea for business?
After my studies, I was looking for a job as java developer and did a certification too. At that time IT jobs were getting more demand and I kept trying over 2 years, but nothing worked out. Then I planned to start my own company and started it on 14th April, 2013. In the beginning I was incurring loss, then I studied this industry and running it successfully now.
7. What was your aim to start the company?
I have started this company to prove that, not only grade and communication are the big qualification for getting white card jobs. If you are hardworking and have subject knowledge then you will win your dream. Hence, I proved.
8. Tell us some of your failures.
I have faced many failures in my career. Even my first project failed due to a fake client and I failed. Then I fed up with some scam people till 2015, I haven’t earned single penny from 2013 to 2015. After sometime, worked as a consultant to get projects for their company and I made my network bigger. Then I started over again “BigWigs Technologies version 2.0” on 22nd Sep 2020. Now it is going good.
9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?
I came from a middle-class family. In the initial stage of my start-up, they were afraid, but they encouraged me a lot even in my failures. They are a backbone to me and they always supported my vision. Without my family and colleagues, I won't be able to do it.
10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?
For young generations: "Train your mind to see the good in everything. Positivity is a choice. The happiness of your life depends on the quality of thoughts. Never give up at any situation."
For their parents: "Please co-operate with their thoughts and help them to achieve their own goals. Don’t force your thoughts into them, please go with their dream."
