Konsola Infotech is an Edu-Tech startup, we basically want to provide quality education or trainings to the students and for the businesses. We provide custom software solutions, it can be websites or web apps and hybrid apps or the desktop applications. As of now konsola is providing various trainings in web development and cyber security.
2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?
The biggest challenge of being a CEO is to manage the team and keep everyone positive, as it's an emerging startup and we are at very early stage. So basically there are so many ups and downs and when situation gets somewhat difficult, as we have a good team in both technical and non technical sense, that's our strength and that's how we cleared the biggest hurdles in our path.
3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?
Yeah, so looking at our stats and the feedbacks received from the clients as well as the students, definitely we feel that in the coming years konsola is going to set an example in the industry.
4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?
Yes, actually the part of managing the company is really tough, you have to think about it day and night, especially when in the early stages. The situation is so much difficult that you have to handle everything from the team to clients and instructors/speakers to the students/trainees and these things sometimes becomes so worse that you feel to give up. But our team is so cooperative and talented despite of the situation, we managed to make everything work and that's where our strength lies. Our team is the only motivation behind this.
5. Describe your biggest achievement.
The biggest achievement of us is not in terms of money or such things, but the feedbacks and reviews we received from our students. We really feel so proud that, in very first month we got really good responses for our trainings and workshops. We are sure that we really gonna set a new benchmark looking at these things.
6. From where you get the idea for business?
So before getting into business I was working with a similar kind of startup and our co-founder, Mr. Amol Patil were used to work as a freelancer. One day we felt that people don't trust you unless you have something to show them. That is where we thought we have good technical/management experience and also a good reach in terms of people, so we decided to start our own venture.

The main objective of the company is to provide quality trainings in order to make our youth technically competent and skillful.
8. Tell us some of your failures
Well talking about failures, so yeah, we have not still felt that we are lagging behind or anything that's like a failure. We are at very early stage, so we didn't have any kind of failures.
9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?
Family plays a crucial role behind this venture, their constant support and motivation is the reason that konsola is still standing firmly. My family always supported my decisions and took various steps to make this dream come true in every sense, so yes the family really has supported us at a great extent.
10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?
We just want to say that the world is changing so fast, we are in a race, if you don't have good skills then it's really difficult to survive. Talking about an example, previously we used to think that programmers are kind of digital magicians but as you can see recently the GitHub released their first ever AI programmer, so you can imagine how fast it's changing.
