2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?
Anyone can start their business but business will grow when your management is strong. Starting a business can be an exciting opportunity, and many people who do go into it with hopes held high for success and most likely thinking that it’ll be smooth sailing and they’ll have no trouble making it. Unfortunately, running a business is no cake walk. It is full of obstacles and difficulties. Everyone is facing so many challenges in start-ups but you have to be strong and face it bravely. Challenge is a part of business. The biggest challenge is, how to grow my business, how people will know about my company.
We have gone with digital market and our marketing team will help us a lot to reach our clients.
3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?
In the next five years, as a CEO, I want to see my company in the top 100s list of our respective industry. I know this is a very challenging task but we are working as a team, planning better and serving in other industries also to overcome this challenge.
4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?
I have never thought about giving up because this path is chosen by myself. Every night I decided my daily task and every morning I will start the task until it’s completed. Life is a wonderful journey for those who are ready to see it unfold and be prepared to receive the shocks and surprises that it might throw. For some, life becomes drudgery because what they expected and what life gifted them were in opposite poles. No one decides what one needs to get out of life. It’s a culmination of lot of factors that moulds the life the way it unfolds. Things that we can have control on seem easier than those on which we don’t have any control. Such uncontrollable circumstances take the name of problems. Every problem has a solution just like how every lock is made with a key. Problem is a problem until we discover the solution for it. The best part is- everyone has equal rights to discover the solution of any problem troubling this world.
5. Describe your biggest achievement.
When I started this business, I didn’t have much funding for promotion, then I have started my own video promotions on YouTube and within 10 days my videos ranked on top. That is my biggest achievement in starting of my business and because of those videos, I have got 250+ clients of restaurants from all over around the world. Video content is a useful tool when it comes to helping potential buyers learn about a product. In fact, according to WYZOwl, 94 per cent of marketers say using video content has helped increase user understanding of a product or service. Customers will only buy your product when they understand what it does and how it will help them. It is unsurprising that video content is such a good tool for this as the visual element helps businesses clearly explain how things work.
6. What is the role of your family in your successful career?
I got complete support from my parents. They supported me in every situation. Small business owners need a lot of support to succeed, whether it’s financial, operational or emotional. One of the most important sources of that support for many entrepreneurs is their network of friends and family members. People are social creatures, and many entrepreneurs face the rigors of the business world either alone or with a small staff of dedicated employees. Friends and family provide that support system that can help entrepreneurs face stress, balance work and play, and generally keep a sense of perspective even amid the stress and responsibility of starting and maintaining a successful business.
7. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?
Message to young generations: “Planning and hard work is necessary to get best results otherwise you will fail at any stage.” Hard work is definitely more important because it is only through hard work that we can achieve the goals of our life. Smart work, on the other hand, often leads to shortcuts and procrastination. To achieve anything in life, one has to commit to continuous hard work, which will lead one to the summit of achievement. There is no shortcut to success, only one’s persistent efforts can turn our goals into reality.
