1. Describe about your Business and founders.


Talking about Founder, Mr. Prakash Bhootra, a Computer Science Graduate with an MBA (Systems) is fond of electrical vehicles since last 5 years & had a set of missions & visions behind this foundation. I am passionate for mobility trend, technology for the EV sector, concerned about the environmental issues so I keep innovating various sources for the growth of company. To be able to keep Techo Electra amongst the best and fastest in the industry is my biggest inspiration.

 

2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?


Basically to take all the department, employees, venders, stakeholder and other associates and walk together, it’s a very tricky situation where one has to keep speed with the competitor and at the same time take the various stakeholder of the company and walk together. When someone is walking with so many people together, the CEO has to match with their speed.

Patience, calmness, and empathetic ability are extremely Important to maintain the balance between various stockholders. That's the way to overcome to these challenges.

 

3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?


I see Techo Electra as company and brand at the top of best companies in the upcoming years. We will be a complete pan India player going deeper into tire 2, tier 3 cities while serving a large and varied section of the consumer soon.

We are doing everything that is required to keep up with this dynamic world. Getting smart products into the market at competitive prices, building up infrastructure, increasing network of dealers across pan India and supporting it. We are having dedicated R& D and technology upgradation teams to keep up with the technological advances happening across the globe.

 

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?


Ohh never, there is no reason to give up. It’s a fantastic team that we have. A great industry to be in a challenging work environment, a sunrise industry, it’s the zeal to make and keep growing too.

 

5. Describe your biggest achievement?


My biggest achievement so far is that pan India network that we have created in a very short span of time, this itself speaks about a lot of things. We are able to attract good quality dealer to get associate with us because of excellent product, highly knowledgeable industry experienced team, sales and after sales support, marketing support from the network and business conduct by keeping their business viability in mind.

 

6. From where you get the idea for business?


The idea was to develop an alternative of fuel for the consumer.

 

7. What was your aim to start the company?


The aim was to create a mark in the field of the electric two-wheeler.

 

8. Tell us some of your failures

9. What is the role of your family in your successful career?


Family has a great role playing as they have been always supporting even when I didn’t spend time with them. They always push me to go for a higher benchmark.

 

10. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?


It’s important to keep the consumer in mind when you start any business and should have an idea about the market too.
