2. What is the biggest challenge of being a CEO and how do you overcome it?
The biggest challenge of being a CEO is to make a strong bond among the workers or employees, to make profit, to deal with the people and to convince them.
3. Where do you see the company in the next five years and how will you bring about the change?

4. Did you ever feel like giving up on being a CEO and what motivated you to pull this off?
Never, I never felt like giving up on being a CEO because I have the potential to find a solution for every problem, that's why I'm at this platform. And it's my believe. Life is a wonderful journey for those who are ready to see it unfold and be prepared to receive the shocks and surprises that it might throw. For some, life becomes drudgery because what they expected and what life gifted them were in opposite poles. No one decides what one needs to get out of life. It’s a culmination of lot of factors that moulds the life the way it unfolds. Things that we can have control on seem easier than those on which we don’t have any control. Such uncontrollable circumstances take the name of problems. Every problem has a solution just like how every lock is made with a key. Problem is a problem until we discover the solution for it. The best part is- everyone has equal rights to discover the solution of any problem troubling this world.

6. From where you get the idea for business?
When I was working in a company where I was getting very less salary, at that time I realised when I have a great potential then why can't I establish my own company? My thoughts and believes motivated me. Perhaps you’ve spent years in the corporate world and you feel ready to turn over a new leaf after years of reporting to a superior. Starting your own business can give you a more flexible lifestyle and schedule so you don’t feel like you’re running in circles on that corporate hamster wheel. You can opt to schedule meetings around your family schedule or you can opt to work from home – the sky’s the limit when you’re the boss. You still have to get the work done, but nobody’s looking over your shoulder making sure you do it their way on their time.Starting a business is hard work, and that flexible schedule may not happen right away. Even if you’re working long hours, however, you know that you’re doing it for yourself and your family and not for a distant boss or shareholder.
7. What was your aim to start the company?
Aim was very clear; to take it to a high level. Manage and coordinate tasks on a collaborative real estate workspace, Improve efficiency and data integrity, Support the entire lifecycle, Give management with an accurate and timely view of each facilities operations, including individual store units, Streamline repetitive building processes. Our mission is to take the stress out of managing your properties. To do this we’ll stand by our promise to provide reliable, efficient, professional property management services.
8. What is the role of your family in your successful career?
They supported me in every situation. Small business owners need a lot of support to succeed, whether it’s financial, operational or emotional. One of the most important sources of that support for many entrepreneurs is their network of friends and family members. People are social creatures, and many entrepreneurs face the rigors of the business world either alone or with a small staff of dedicated employees. Friends and family provide that support system that can help entrepreneurs face stress, balance work and play, and generally keep a sense of perspective even amid the stress and responsibility of starting and maintaining a successful business in an often unfeeling marketplace.
9. What is your message to the young generations and to their parents?
Trust on yourself and never give up. If you think you’re going to reach success without tasting failure, I can assure you that you’ll never reach success. Every winner loses, but not every loser wins. It’s important to fail because it teaches you valuable life lessons–you don’t always get what you want, being right doesn’t mean you’ll win, heart is more important than skill, never take anything for granted, etc. Instead of perceiving failure as a negative, look at it as a chance to reset and start again refreshed. Yes, the delays are annoying, and I’m aware there are a lot of obstacles in your way. You have a house, care, family, utilities, expenses, and so many other things to think about. You were counting on that paycheck, the time off, another person’s help, or whatever else is impeding your success. It may feel like the end of the world, but it’s never over as long as you’re still breathing.
