Discovering Idea - The First Step

I graduated as an Engineer from Computer Science field but was never into that much in coding since start. Don’t take me wrong I love coding but I cannot simply do it for continuous 8-10 hours every day in job. I love to think about the logic, I love to help developers to understand client’s requirement and to find solutions of complex problems. Therefore, I started my journey as a Project Coordinator in IT field and gradually reached to IT Project Manager where I helped many developers to complete project for my company. I was in the private sector and government sector and learned more about the management and company’s workflow. And I noticed one big flaw of the IT industry. Currently there are many IT companies all over the world. This is a very saturated market where there are lot of companies but still demand is not decreasing. In fact it is increasing on daily basis. But to stick up in this market you need to be very competitive. I saw many people are working independently and provide same services in very cheapest prices from the market. But they cannot give you quality product. I saw people who were selling websites in just 1000 to 3000 INR which is not even justifying the cost of development for a simple yet modern, secured website for today’s needs. Then there are other big companies who can assure that they have a very big team, can create really good product for you but then their costs are not just that affordable. So I decided to start my own company where I’ll provide same services in a mid budget for all the people so that they can afford and be assured that they will receive a good quality product. My goal to start the company was to help small medium level enterprise to create their brand in current digital world.

Name of Clients

Yes definitely, I don’t have long list of clients but I can tell you one thing that the client which I’ve earned are stick up to me even after one year of business with me. Because, I believe in maintaining a relationship with the client and prioritize them so that they will feel special, they will feel that they are getting heard. And that gave a me a very good response. MYOG is one of my clients which is also started early 2020 as India’s new digital marketplace, I have worked with CITTA Technologies as well for multiple project completion which is by the way handles mostly government related websites, website of KCED (Kranti Center of Entrepreneurship Development) company which got “Maharashtra Gaurav 2021” title is created by BrandServe Technologies. Cashbank and ESNET Technologies is also proud and very close client of BrandServe technologies.

Difficulties faced to get the first project

Very difficult to be honest. As I said already, there are many people in this business in which some are really naïve and selling their services in a very cheap prices and some of them has a very good experience but they are quite costly. I was in the middle of them. Not experienced but I didn’t want to sell my services in pennies. So very few people were ready to trust me and my skills. Plus lockdown period so those who were already interested had not much money to pay for even advance. Some clients left in a midway because couldn’t pay in between. So even after a start it was a struggle to complete a project and to get the money. But I was persistent. I never stopped advertising my company, never stopped talking to customer, never stopped project in the middle at least from my end. And I got few clients who trusted on me, who knew how loyal I’m to my word and I didn’t fail to keep their trust.

According to you which is better, to be an Employee or an Entrepreneur?

See, I actually went from both the conditions and what I feel is both have its own pros and cons. Now days everyone is thinking that being an Entrepreneur is good than having a job because of 2 major reasons. First to be getting rich and second to have a freedom to work as per your own schedule. I feel if anyone wants to start his own business for these 2 reasons, he should never try that. Firstly, there is no quick money in the business. You have to put lot of time, efforts and money before you can start seeing actual profits in the business. Secondly, the freedom to work as per your own schedule is a myth. In job you will work for 8-10 hours but in business you need to work for literally 14-16 hours a day to make it big. Those who have its own dream, own product to create or have a passion to create their own empire and run it for literally 16*7 days a week then that person can actually enjoy being an entrepreneur otherwise job can definitely give you security of money flow and free time to enjoy other things from the life.

The Future Plan 

Currently my short term goal is to getting more clients and creating my own network for the company, helping people to build their brand with our services. But my main goal is to launch some of my own original ideas in the market. I do have 2-3 good ideas which can definitely help people in today’s internet age but I don’t think I’m ready to build it right away. I want some more time to study and to generate resources to make this launch a big hit.
