The most important challenge facing by education sector of India?

As the word goes by Education Sector has more like become a Business than a service sector. N-number of private Universities, Institutions, Schools and Academies has kick-started. Due to this, students feel more confused and lost while selecting their career. Hence, the students who are availing their education at their higher standards or in their colleges are literally not choosing their path wisely. Profession under which they are opting education is totally different form the one that they have dreamt of. For example: A student who is undergoing his bachelors in Engineering when asked about his career that he is expecting in future, answers that he seems himself as a future Director (Film Maker) where the degree he is perusing and the future path that he is intending to take is totally poles apart from one another. The reason why I quoted this example is most of the students are not having clarity about where they see themselves in future most likely they choose a career either under the influence of their parents or under the pressure of the society in-order to avoid themselves from being an outskirt.

According to an article published on 28th Jan 2021 by Hans News Service India has been slipping in the last few years and is presently at nearly the lowest rank among the five BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) countries. The main cause of this slippage is our education system. India was placed at 59th rank among 64 countries in education. Apart from the issue I have mentioned above This drastic fall in the rank can be due to many other reasons if listed out it can be due to Costly Higher Education, Neglecting of Indian Language in curriculum, No Practical Knowledge, Problem of Brain Drain, Outdated syllabus, Wastage of resources, Mass Illiteracy and so on…

What’s so fascinating about entrepreneurship?

I have several years hand on experience where I have worked under the designation of Business Developer in nearly 5 to 6 reputed companies this experience some were fired me up to start my own business. Apart from this I have felt that may students doesn’t have a proper advisor who can guide them, who can help them out to understand their own interest this also one of many reasons which helped in boosting up entrepreneurship quality within me. Though this academy I am intended to help as much students as I can in selecting their willful career and making their future a better one for them.

That one Influencer

A person called as Allen Seller who owns a company at UK under the name of ‘Allen Executive Coaching Limited’ was the one who influenced me on becoming an entrepreneur. Basically I was inspired by the way he speaks, his accent and the training Phases which he used for training Business CEO & Managers at UK made me motivated to start this academy.
