I believe that Being an entrepreneur is best than working for someone. Because business is where we can implement whatever we plan and doesn’t bother about people. Our company Jeevanadhi distributors opc Pvt Ltd is a packaged water distribution company. And soon I’m planning to establish our own water plant under our own brand name - Jeevanadhi.

Differentiate yourself from your main competitors

In india it’s a very common business, the market price of a single can in city side is Rs.35 to 40 and in suburban it’s Rs.30 to 35. But we sell single can only for Rs.25 in both city and sub urban areas. We didn’t even collect any extra charges for door delivery. Some of the additional perks here we have is that we provide e-bills to our customers who were placing their orders through our Jeevanadhi app, website and also through whatsapp.

How did you decide where to establish your company?

 Actually, I have planned to start my business in city range mainly closer to apartments and gated communities. I’m from a lower middleclass family. Because of financial budget issues I changed my plan and started in sub urban area.

Travelling through the tough times

The company was incorporated on 16th March 2021 and started on 24th November 2021. This delay is mainly because of my financial issues. Other than that, marketing my brand in the market was one of the toughest things I came across. Due to my budget problems, I initially marketed my brand through pamphlets. During that time, it was a huge amount for me to do that. But the saddest thing I faced was, pamphlet didn’t yield the result I expected. It gave me a biggest disappointment. Eventhough, I tried again and again to do budget marketing. During those days, it took hardly 3 to 4 weeks to even complete order of 50 cans. 

They were not only my team members but also a part of my family

 From the early stage to of my company now in all my odd times, few people helped me a lot. Incase of all field works my friend and his brother worked with me everytime. For all my business developing ideas and for marketing purposes my company staff helped me. They were not only my team membersa but also a part of my family.

Past 2 years of business

 Initially I have very less money to develop my business. Due to the failure of pamphlet reach, I thought of doing another alternative (i.e.,) posters. During that time I don’t have money to lend a person to paste all my posters. Myself and with the help of my friend’s brother we pasted posters all over the area. I didn’t even have a own four wheeler for the company to refill watercan and to deliver orders. I personally used to deliver orders. I didn’t even get a profit of Rs.5 for a single can excluding all the expenses. For Reaching my brand in a single area it took hardly 6 months for me.
