I am the founder of Sadh Careers, a counseling firm which strongly believes “The best Way to PREDICT THE FUTURE is to CREATE it”- Abraham Lincoln. We help student to create their master plan for their dream career with the help of counseling and standardized psychometric assessment. An expert in the field of education and counseling for 18 years. I am a certified global career counselor from UCLA Extension, Los Angeles and Green Belt certified counsellor from Univariety. I am also a Black belt Member of Univariety. Hailing from Pune, worked with multiple schools and delivered various work responsibilities.
I have worked extensively in CBSE schools developed Curriculum and Teaching aids from Pre-primary to Grade 10th. Public Speaking is something I like doing, motivating people is my passion. I also conducted many Teachers Training which included classroom management, storytelling, understanding NCERT books, Montessori Methods, Team building and many other. I have worked with several well-known organization from being counsellor to educator to academic Head-to-Head Mistress to Principal in reputed schools of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I have been a part of a team customizing curriculum for schools, while published articles for renowned school edition such as NIE (Times of India), Kid’s Age and The Hindu.
As a counsellor, I work with students from grade 8 to 12th helping them in charting a career course and focusing on career development and also take workshops on various career related topic at various schools. I believe that my experience in developing various school related programs, will optimize the learning atmosphere and promote a safe and happy learning which would contribute greatly to a holistic development of the student.
