Abhishek Bhatnagar, Founder & CEO of Alphaklick Solutions

I am Abhishek Bhatnagar and have done my M.C.A from Jaipur. I started my career as a s/w support engineer in 2007 and then moved into business analysis. Later, I worked as a business development manager with various organizations.  

Alphaklick Solutions

As I was into business development, I found myself very curious about understanding the needs of different business verticals and empowering business growth with the help of technology. Gradually, I realized that I am enjoying doing this and I am capable to generate business on my own. Hence, I started Alphaklick Solutions in 2017, and I am happy to see the progress. We are into Web and Mobile app development and have recently added Crypto and AI to our portfolio. Today, I take pride in the fact that the company which was started with just one person, has 45+ tech experts associated with it.    

The thought process to sow the seeds

As I mentioned, I was able to identify early on, that my interest is my passion. I wanted to have the liberty of working at my own pace and without any boundation. I started small with baby steps and was fortunate enough to get repeated business and positive references. Initially, I got the desired support from my friends from the same field, which helped me in growing big.

Extracting the mastery

Although, it's hard to name a single person as I derive inspiration from. Yet, Elon Musk inspires me the most due to the amazing dreaming capabilities he has and the way he puts in every single drop of his sweat to make it come true. If we have only a few people like him on this earth, this would be a different planet altogether. Also, another person who influenced me is Ratan TATA. An inspiration for developing a business or living a life. I admire his simplicity and his work towards our country. He always has a positive attitude. He always cares his employees like a family. He is a real inspiration for every Indians. 

The future of work

The service industry we work for, is really huge and there is fierce competition to grab every single business opportunity. In order to be ahead of the others, we need to be up to date with the new technologies, trends and accept the challenges. We have already started adopting it and started working on the futuristic technologies like AI, Crypto and blockchain. We will jump into IOT very soon.

Is it possible to balance personal life and professional life for an entrepreneur? 

Yes, why not. Especially when your wife is also from the same IT background. She understands the work culture and how demanding is this job, as she has also worked with the IT industry for a long time. I spend weekends with my family, and even able to spare time on working days too. The WFH scenario necessitated by Covid-19 also helped me spent a good amount of time with my family. 

Winning the game 

The way we have grown in the last few years makes us believe that we should become a well-known name in the "web and mobile app development" space in the next few years. We already have a significant customer base of more than 50 organizations. We hope to at least double the customer base by 2025 and hit $$$$$$ dollars/INR in terms of annual turnover. Besides this, we plan to prove our potential into the AI and blockchain space by winning the trust of our clients.
