Ankit Sharma, founder of Fincred Solutions 

My name is Ankit Sharma and I am from Jaipur, Rajasthan. I am a B.Tech graduate and an MBA. I have 10+ years of experience in banking and finance, an ex-banker worked with many organizations like Indiabulls, HDFC bank, and Reliance Capital mostly into retail banking, into Credit Risk mainly underwriting and policy formulations.

Fincred Solutions 

My company, Fincred Solutions based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan and providing services in Pan India. We are into business since January 2020. We are mainly into Loans and Insurance provider and, in addition, we provide startup fundings. We have tie-ups with Banks and NBFCs through which we can cater customer demands and we are working on products like Loans and Insurance.

I have currently team of 10 people and we are working very hard towards achieving our goals. While hiring, we need to understand the person and his vision about his own goals and where he stands. It is important to know whether the person is joining for long term or short term to your organization. Moreover, we need to understand about his roles in previous organizations and achievements. Every individual role is important in organization and we need to give him recognition according to his role.

How are you supporting corporate with your service?

We are working with big NBFCs and Banks to catering customer needs and also proving loan services to corporates as well. We are also into startup fundings and finance. 

Patience is eminent during tough time

Patience is the key as I always say “Your time will surely come “. Be patient and stick to your targets and goals and prepare yourself  to roar and conquer. I learnt about my market customers and the product knowledge when Covid-19 happened in 2020. The knowledge I gained is helping me to grow faster.

I am in to Finance segment and I know about the market in depth. We do many analyses prior to study that what market to target and how we cater that market by making maximum profits.

Could you share about a person who has influenced you?

The person who influenced me and many is the greatest “Sachin Tendulkar “and “Shri Ratan Tata “. Talking about Sachin, coming from an average family saw big dreams and how he transformed himself, his game and reached the topmost level and still stay humble, had a great impact on my life. “Ratan Tata” has special ability and vision to lead, innovate and influence masses.
