Hiring – Most important procedure for every companies

We try to understand the thought process of the candidate, for both leadership team and backend team. For a leadership role, we look into a person’s career journey and get to know the candidate’s participation in the previous company, change of process, turnover or anything which is notable. For backend team interviews, mostly we give them a task that is under development in R&D, we will not expect final outputs here rather we look for his attitude and ideas while facing challenges.

 

Future in the hands of technology

Making visualization simple is our primary focus. It is easy to teach or make others understand when they visualise what we think or learn. Even complex concepts could be comprehensible using the future technology viz., Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. Moreover, extended reality is the technology which is going to be in our daily routine in the upcoming years, where we want to be in the preceding pages of the VR technology’s foot print.

 

What are your valuable lessons as an entrepreneur?

Identifying the real problem in the market was my first lesson. Real problem can be measured by many factors such as technical feasibility, implementation cost and scalability, market’s readiness to pay and shift. These factors will help you to identify and define a real problem. We have to be balanced in it, an idea should be projected at the right time to reach the planned height.
