Neeraja Viswanathan - Founder & CEO of ITsNow Solutions

Hello everybody! Thank you for inviting me, I am glad to be on this platform where many entrepreneurs, business people, investors are getting featured. To become a successful entrepreneur is for many people a dream come true. However, too many entrepreneurs see their dreams fall apart.

Every story has a jovial and downcast verge. In those days, there was a sudden toss into a brief period of loss and darkness. I lost my father. However, I grew up with no regrets. My mother, Mrs. Bhavani Viswanathan, extended never-ending support and always gave me the best. Predominantly, my uncle Mr. Muthukumar aka Diwakar, and later by my grandfather Mr. Krishnamoorthy. Good people always surrounded me. Hariharan and Jillu aka Lakshmi couple came to my rescue always. Hence, I don't have a great story to share from childhood. I studied B. Tech IT, got placed, traveled onsite came back. I wanted to get married to the person I like, and so it happened. Now I am a mother of two beautiful girls.

My paternal cousin brothers Balaji and Karthik, keep adding fun and joy. Krithika & Ravi, my husband's cousin, is a strong pillar of support. They all motivate and keep me going towards my goal each day whenever it is needed. I am blessed more than anyone can imagine.

I have to mention Dr. Venkatesh here, who has played a massive part in what I dreamt of today. He took me from 2% survival chances through 8 consecutive surgeries to here "ALIVE." I felt new and almost reborn. Then Chidambararaj (I am his wife) and I decided not to waste time and brought our thoughts together, coined " ITsNow Solutions."

My realization of NOW and the time we have, each second became valuable. My search for a larger purpose began from then on.

Chidambararaj Jagadeesan is a Solution Architect, the eldest son of his family, highly passionate about electronic gadgets. He wanted to name our daughters' java and oracle. He does anything under the sun. He sometimes paints the entire house builds furniture. He likes to grow plants and is highly passionate about agriculture, a home bird. Sathesh is how most of them know him. Sathesh loves interior designing. He is a big movie buff. He loves to read old novels that detail south Indian history. He automated the entire house for me when I could hardly move. He loves me for who I am, and that's the best any woman can ask. Above all, he cannot lie.

My elder daughter is Nidhiyathi, aka Nidhi, she is 10 years old. She is like a mother to me, a brilliant Scratch developer. She helps me with literally anything and everything. Sometimes she feeds me when I am working or skipping a meal to sleep. She often creates crafts and gifts them to me. Nidhi likes my cooking, and so I don't have a cook. My younger daughter Ashwathi aka "Asha," is 6 years old. She is extremely naughty. She is the butterfly of our house. She speaks English and believes that is her mother tongue. She isn't scared of anyone and will give her opinion on how she perceives it. She is affectionate about her sister. They have never created a single tantrum to stay put in the house during these challenging times of Covid. They manage their boredom without our help. They are the powerhouse of my family.

Arunraj Jagadeesan, my brother-in-law, is the best. He has been there for us unconditionally. Arun is a big dreamer, an adamant achiever. An adorable heart with a fantastic attitude towards life. He is my buddy. I have to admit that the only person whom I am being partial towards. He has never called me by my name.

ITsNow Solutions

The mission statement " DILUTE COMPETITION" creates space and opportunity for anyone who lost their way by not knowing what lost time can do and impact them. Offer custom-made courses to handhold people to catch up quickly with today. Breathe hope and enable with tools necessary for everyone who thinks on the same lines as us. IT world has created a revolution in many ways; however, Start-Ups having big dreams fall flat after many struggles because they can't afford pricy experts. On the other end, we have engineers fighting to get any job that will make them an IT-professional. I was disturbed badly when I was working for a healthcare startup. I witnessed that engineers were paid 2K- 5K. they were all talented, also I saw cast bias I was serving as AVP for the company but could do nothing to change that. I decided one fine day to call it quits. Ever since then, bridging this gap is has been my primary focus.

Our difficult times began when we approached several institutions to tap talent and enroll them for Rs.10 back then we were known by a different name in APR 2013. The idea behind the pricing was TRUE SERVICE. We had not had thought of a win-win opportunity for the institutions. What would be the quality if we priced something so valuable at Rs 10? Our business pitch failed for nearly 3 continuous years. I leave the assumption of why we failed you the reader’s assumption.

Entrepreneur first has to make it BIG. Achieve the basic level of popularity standards. Then attraction and penetration of the dream can even begin. We changed our strategy numerous times, finally landed on a platform that showed light at the end of the tunnel. Stability and Sustainability became our prime focus. “ITsNow” has evolved and we are here trying each day to tap gen z instructors and audience.

We are open to collaborating with anyone — team up with any system that can grow with us, seek out instructors who believe they can join us NOW, and make it happen. Change the perspectives of the Hiring Model, look at people for their strengths, and compensate them right. Engage by just allowing to breathe a little more freely for NOW.

According to you, what is the role of the entrepreneur in building a better society?

In my view, the role of entrepreneurs is that it's nothing much to try and be as HUMAN as possible. There are many entrepreneurs better and more experienced than me. I want to keep things simple. Our society is addicted to money, brands, quick fame, praise, and pride. The decision to deal with any addiction is possible only by them. If I can create a footprint and do the work, I will be remembered and deeply rooted with every connection that comes my way, and then I beat TIME. From "ITsNow" to "ITsForever"; to letting everyone know that their present existing moment of breathing is by itself can bring an abundance of joy and peace. That should be sufficient for NOW. I can't be a role model by wanting to be one. It is not my choice to make. I can be only one of the many examples for society. They can see me from their perspective, and it's their choice to see the good or the bad or nothing. My audacious goal is to influence and let everyone know that I exist NOW.

An impactful word you acquired

Someone once told me, I am a pure soul destined to do great good deeds. I will soar high, and every obstacle that comes my way will get shattered into splinters for a larger purpose and an angel destined to live. “You deserve the right to live NOW". Thank you! Ranga sir.

Scaling up with collaboration

Collaboration is the critical strategy—team with like-minded startups, build multiple revenue streams and, help yourself by helping others. Within every criticism, insult praise, and obstacle lies the best possibility to scale up and grow. My Mantra, “is there a problem? Great, there is an opportunity”. The business model is tweaked in every way to self-sustain and scale up with minimal intervention. Every hater you come across is actually a secret admirer who actually appreciates your work.

Discover your balance

Suppose you know the golden circle of what you want to balance, why you want to balance and how you want to balance—having all of this figured out by yourself. Then you can own a dictionary with your meaning of what balance is. So yes! yes! yes! you can balance personal and professional life

To evolve around the digital world

"ITsNow" should be able to provide many services under one single umbrella. Thanks to many examples and the digital world. Certainly, evolve with ethical-moral values. We must keep doing what we do. Innovation and Strategy plans are continuous processes. Most importantly, sustain. "ITsNow" will keep breathing fresh air through innovation and new collaborations. Making every day interesting. Always aim to keep it simple.
