The proposition on the trail of

We initially started an HR BPO company for which we were scouting for an apt solution to suite our business needs. We found that there is no such solution which satisfies the needs of the HRO or a Manpower company operating in Indian context. We thought of this, itself as an opportunity to fill the gap in creating an HR Technology platform which is a boon for start-ups and HRO's in India. Now, ours is preferred solution for medium as well as large scale industrial houses which have complex HR history and varied business needs.
