I am Roshan Jha, the Director, CEO, and Owner of AlphaVeta Research. It is a business startup, I initiated on April 26th, 2021. With this business, I assist PhD and Master Scholars in completing their research thesis and dissertations, writing papers, computer programming, data analysis using SPSS, SAS, STATA, etc., spatial data analysis using ArcGIS, QGIS, etc., book writing, and paper publication. With thesis writing assistance, scholars can confidently present their work to a research committee.

AlphaVeta Research is a newly established agency that focuses on providing the best research support in thesis writing, paper writing, publication and, data analysis. In fact, good and honest work gives us acute satisfaction and makes us feel proud to have worked with PhD scholars. Our enthusiasm was not only restricted to my subjects, but other subjects and fields too. It helped us gain a tremendous amount of knowledge in different areas. We work together as a team to finish the thesis writing project.

 

The hurdles faced by the students

Students face many problems these days while submitting their thesis or dissertation. First of all, if they are working professionals, they have to manage their professional life along with the students’ lives, which results in stress for them. Our assistance makes all the work free of stress. If they are scholars, they have to take all the authentic data with them along with the writing. Every process takes a long time. With our assistance, we guide them in completing the research on time with all aspects, whether they need statistical support or programming support.

 

Possible course of action

While I was a student, I completed projects myself although I faced many problems. The issues I faced, I didn’t want others to face such issues and hence I decided to make students' lives stress-free. Nevertheless, I didn’t have any financial support then. Further, I did a job. Later, I decided to grow my own business that can solve every student's problem with our assistance.

 

The breakthrough as a CEO

I have more than 8 years of experience in this industry, which helped me to develop myself as a CEO, but being a CEO is not everything. There are many steps I took forward to develop my business:

 

• I believe in my decision. As a CEO/Director everyone should be firmed with their decision. If there is any other option or doubt then to fail is the highest precision.
• I never executed my decision suddenly. I analyzed the decision outcome with SWOT methods. 
• My approach was always focused on growing value of my business and set final goal to reach in desired time. Therefore, I analyzed the top-down approach that helped me a lot and even helping me every time.
• I have adopted Inner Control strategies. It helped me not to get demotivated with the problems faced in business. It also helped me to control my team members.
• I ensure my business to have continuous cash flow as one of my main responsibilities as the CEO/Director of my business. 
• I am delegate to increase the capacity creating systems and processes for the tasks where I want to help the scholars consistently with quality and output.
• One of the major steps is that I favour optimization every time. I am hungry to learn and serve in optimized way every time. Along with, I make everything simple that can make our team to understand and make them easy to work also that helps me to serve our scholars much peacefully.
• I am always active towards assessing the risks that I manage. Managing risk is the best way to prepare for when things don’t work according to plan. Also, I always learn with the risks whatever I face in business.

 

 The inspiration for the inventiveness

These days, PhD or Master Scholars are either working professionals or full-time scholars. All students are facing problems, as I was facing them during my students’ lives. Solving their problems was critically set in my mind and inspired me to develop my business. Although this idea was in my mind 9 years ago, it was implemented in 2021.

 Following short term goals for the long haul

Every long-term goal has a set of short-term goals. I follow my short-term goals to achieve my long-term goal. One of the goals is to provide quality assistance to our scholars. Along with that, my long-term goal is to make my business the best in India in this industry.
