startup in the said space?

Technology is transforming every walk of human life, not only offices or
production houses, but also the skill assessment and recruitment industry. Over
a decade, recruitment tests by most recruiters have moved from a Pen &
Paper mode to an online assessment mode for initial rounds however screening
through 1000s of resume and selecting the right candidate was time consuming.
The
world transforming to the work from home mode with the start of pandemic,
virtual interviews have become the new norm. This new norm brings with it major
changes, hence bigger market opportunities lies ahead and the role of
technology is growing bigger in hiring practices.
The
tech-enabled assessments and Recruitment Support Solutions with features like
plagiarism check, comparative analytics, proctoring and collaborative coding
panels, would witness a huge growth in the coming years. This growth could be
seen more in not just at the entry level roles but also at mid & senior

Terv.pro
is a product of Top Freshers. Top Freshers as company was established in the
year 2014, with the objective offering mobile learning solutions, but neither
smartphone nor high speed Internet was available those days as how it is now.
Hence, we drove our focus on building employability skills, carving a niche
pedagogical approach to ensure better employability among the learners. During
this journey, we discovered several gaps and challenges faced by the learners,
faculties, educational institutions and also the corporate recruiters. These
gaps and challenges enlightened as to work on a solution that is holistic,
Intuitive and immersive, giving birth to Terv.Pro.

Pro today acts as a one stop solution for all the above stated stakeholders.

How has
the company’s growth journey been so far? Could you throw some light over the

As an
organization we are witnessing a CAGR of over 16%, though there was a small dip
at the beginning of the pandemic period, we were able to bounce back to action
and we have witnessed phenomenal growth. In the last 12-15 months we have
acquired a user base of close to half-a-million users and are witnessing the
progress big. The recent partnerships with AICTE and Nasscom boosted the growth
pace and are seeing huge traction among Institutions, Learner and Recruiters
adopting Terv.pro.
What is the roadmap ahead for the company’s new growth phase? What areas or new capabilities will the company focus on in order to amplify its growth trajectory in the year to come?
