Vinit Panchal - He is an engineer by books and an entrepreneur by heart. During the time of engineering, he was passionate about startups, entrepreneurship and, business. At college placement, he got some sufficient companies with good packages but he has a different plan and he went for a startup called Alagrand.com - which was Gujarat’s first-ever and largest fashion e-commerce brand. After spending 4 years with the startup and working with the startup ecosystem, he jumped for his own venture named Social Sloths. With the mission and vision of giving the best IT & marketing services along with educating people about the designs, social media and how to leverage it. He is also mentoring few startups from scratch.

The core idea to begin

A passion to help people and create something beautiful with the people by the people and for the people. Entrepreneurship is important, as it has the ability to improve standards of living and create wealth, not only for the entrepreneurs but also for related businesses. New products and services created by entrepreneurs can produce a cascading effect, where they stimulate related businesses or sectors that need to support the new venture, furthering economic development.Entrepreneurial ventures help generate new wealth.  

The most heartfelt moment

I pitched our first client as a freelancer and at that moment they had an ongoing contract with another company so they said they will get back to me as when required. After almost 6 months I got a message from them and we got connected, scheduled a meeting and we got our first project. After a week of seeing our work, they said “Now we exactly reached where the magic happens”, seeing the satisfaction and happiness on their face is something that we will never forget. And the best part is they are still with us and became our best advocates.

Plan to span

We are planning to give dedicated resources to our clients to utilize as their own marketing team. Hence, we are currently hiring for multiple positions and also exploring new vertices to give the best of the services to our clients. Identifying problems is a necessary part of the origin of the entrepreneurial process, managing problems is an entirely different aspect once a venture is off the ground and running. Identifying a customer’s pain points is the first step for entrepreneurs in developing a new product. We have to identify new problems facing by the people’s and have to solve it in an innovative way.

Is it possible to balance personal life and professional life for an entrepreneur?

Very tough I must say, at least for the initial days. As you grow and meet the people who have been in the same situation, they teach you how to manage things, you can also adopt those changes and keep balance on both sides. In short, work-life balance is the state of equilibrium where a person equally prioritizes the demands of one’s career and the demands of one’s personal life. When creating a schedule that works for you, think about the best way to achieve balance at work and in your personal life.
