This is Anjana from HyreSpree. My firm is purely into recruitment, staff augmentation, laptop rentals and sales business. I started my firm alone in January, 2020 and now have 5 employees.
All about HyreSpree
I started this firm after facing a lot of rejections, deception from previous employers. My sole motto is to be financially independent and help women become financially independent despite of being homemakers.
Ground cause for the foundation
The main cause was the micromanagement from seniors when the jobs were work from home. Also, I was undervalued for the quantity and quality of efforts I used to put in.
The moment of satisfaction
One hire with a client was so critical and unfilled for quite some time and I finally closed that position. The HR told me that I saved her job. That was a moment of true gratification.
Designing the step up
We are planning to scale up with the mixture of empathy, hard work and true strategic efforts providing employment to mainly the womenfolk.
Is it possible to balance personal life and professional life for an entrepreneur?
Very much. It's all in the mind.
Oncoming HyreSpree
I want to provide employment to women who wish to work but cannot afford to travel to work, or cannot afford to give full time to the job. So, in 5 years, I wish to see my company providing employment to as many homemakers as possible.
