Sai Kauushik, Founder, Yokoso Multi-lingual Institute

To begin with, I am Sai Kauushik, who goes by the name of SK among my folks, a linguistic person, an avid reader, and a movie critic who firmly believes in the theory of connectivity through universal congruence of languages. Also, currently, in the true spirit of creating individuals with no language barrier in their respective professional careers.

Yokoso Multi-lingual Institute

My company aims to self-sustain the individuals in a multi-lingual competitive environment by making them efficient in various foreign languages like Japanese, German, Spanish, French, and the main Indian languages, namely, English and Hindi, to non-native speakers of these languages.

The Bit part of an Entrepreneur

An entrepreneur is responsible for creating a safe and sustainable place for an individual in society. By doing so, one can be made flexible enough to adapt according to changing scenarios. We, at our company, believe we can bring about the change required for them to sustain themselves in a modern social world.

Passional apropos to Japanese

As the myth goes, the Japanese language has a healing power. So, I started to venture into Japanese myself, but along the way, I found that it does indeed have healing power. Moreover, studying Japanese builds our professional spectrum to a greater and wider extent, as one’s profile will get noticed easily in the competitive market. Since then, the automotive, electrical, and healthcare industries are dotted with Japanese giants.

One step at a time

Scaling up, in a way, is a one-step-at-a-time process. Hence, I am looking forward to building up the regional and national networks in a better way before going beyond that. From the marketing perspective, I would require a great deal of support for that. I'm really looking forward to interacting with the world.

Is it possible to balance a personal life and a professional life for an entrepreneur?

To be honest, that's a tedious question, but priorities do matter in this case. You have to go hand-in-hand with your professional and personal life. But, once again, it is entirely possible if we manage our time wisely. As far as the balance is concerned, managing time is the key.

Where do you want to see the company in the next 5 years?

Not just in the next 5 years to be specific, I generally see myself as a leader creator. And yes, to answer the question, I want to be a well-recognized language trainer and a leader maker in the next few years.
