Ayushi Srivastava, Founder, Digital Growth Hackers
My love for all things creative and my desire to be
'mould-free' motivated me to start Digital Growth Hackers. 4 years later, we
have successfully contributed to the growth of 60+ brands. Our thrill comes
from working with amazing people in India, Australia, New Zealand, the US,
Canada, on their Saas companies, retail stores, OTT platforms, universities,
hospitals, books, and start-ups.
As a founding member of DGH, I ensure that we are
adding value to our client's business while maintaining a steady and positive
communication flow.
I also make sure my team has all the resources they
need to deliver their best performance. And have solutions to any challenge
they might be facing.
Together we form a team that has one goal - Growth
Hacking!
Learning something new, every day, has always been
my driving force.
I am a traveler, a dreamer, and I can dance too.

Preparing to be digitally Prominent
We are a full-stack digital marketing company.
By creating the right message, choosing the right platform, and continuously
optimizing our strategy, we take our customers from being digitally present to
being digitally prominent.
Rupture Yourself
In this rapidly changing digital world, keeping yourself
updated with the latest technology and trends is probably the biggest
challenge. I believe in connecting with new people every day, online &
offline to learn from their experiences. To really get out of the office and
experience the world out there.
When you start doing that, getting out of your comfort zone,
you really start to grow.
What do you think is the future of digital marketing?
Conversations. Using technology & creativity to start
and build personalized conversations with the right people.
The significance of workplace
Our work culture is warm and energetic. I believe that we
work to make our lives comfortable, so the work environment itself should not
be tough. People should want to come to work, enjoy what they do, feel free to
express themselves, and grow as individuals.
What is success according to you?
Being able to do what you want without second thoughts. It's
a luxury very few of us have.
