Dear Readers,
I have a lot to say, but l will
keep it short for you to get to know me better. I am truly obsessed with my
name "POOJA GOSWAMI," and this is why my whole company runs on my
name, called PG EVENTS STUDIO, with a website www.poojagoswami.com. I am a 1991 born kid in the city of Mahadev,
known as "Benaras." My graduation and masters education were done at Amity
University, Noida.
I am a person who loves to plan parties, functions, ceremonies,
and memorable surprises, etc. We are extremely passionate about curating
beautiful and memorable events and weddings with décor, entertainment,
audio-visual, animations, etc. I started my career in 2015 in the event
planning industry, and till now we have covered more than 1000+
small/large scale events. I always believe in
learning, so from my graduation days I have done many paid/unpaid internships, and it really helped my growth.

service wherever the opportunities takes; not limited with geographical boundaries to
Service.
1-Book My Surprise
(it includes all the celebrations and surprises planning, designing, and
execution with complete team management).
2-Shaadi Mubaraka
(it includes all the pre-post wedding planning, designing, execution, and
management).
The key role players in the company is Ms.Pooja Goswami
& Mr.Krishan Singh ; All the creative parts are
curated by Ms.Pooja Goswami, and the technical and financial parts are
overseen by Mr.Krishan Singh.
Currently, PG EVENTS STUDIO is strongly focused &
Passionate on a Wedding Planning Project "WEDinBENARAS" in
which Pooja Goswami & krishan Singh is inviting all the people living in
other cities or nations to plan their BIG DAY in the Oldest Heritage City
Where
Lord Shiva lives, named "Benaras".
The Reason
Behind Starting the Company
The idea was very simple. I saw the gap between celebrations in
every single family, including mine, and work life balance is really
tough for every person who earns for the family and the luxury, so we thought
to take that opportunity and fill the gap with beautiful, memorable moments of
surprises with new ideas of adding elements to all occasions, whether it’s a
wedding or any other celebration without disturbing any routine of the family
members.

Matter of greatest Importance
I have recently learnt to focus and recheck those things first in
which I am insecure most or have a feeling of uncertainty about happening most,
like I am always worried about Hospitality &
Security, Weather Forecast, Travel & logistics, Vendor Backups, etc.
One Woman Army
My management style is a bit weird. I prepare myself and my team
like a single woman army so that everyone knows everything, so no communication
gap occurs. I believe in writing, printing, and reading again and again, and
the most important thing, I believe, is taking critics' feedback.
Ameliorate yourself
One quote that really inspires me from Selina
Gomez is that if you are the smartest person in your room, then you are in the
wrong room, so to upgrade myself every time I try to sit with people who are
more skilful, knowledgeable, and helpful in pushing myself towards my growth. I
invest in myself, I take online courses, I do
offline short-term workshops in different countries, like I recently did in
Dubai during Expo2020. It helps me to know the new arrivals in my industry.
