Sonu Sahani, CEO & Founder, Unity Systems

Hi, I'm Sonu Sahani, and I would like to introduce myself to you as the Founder and CEO of Unity Systems. I started off my career as a recruitment consultant. I have worked my way up to various job titles and eventually founded Unity Systems.

All About Unity Systems

Unity Systems is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm based in Ahmedabad, India. Founded in 2019, Unity Systems is led by a group of young but experienced team. Our team settles into the values and process of the client and delivers accurately according to the needs of recruitment with settled performance criteria. We create solutions that scale to meet changing and growing demands while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.

The Unite

We currently have a team of 15, which we are looking to grow by 4X in the next 6 months. We are expanding our Digital Marketing, HR, and Internal Recruitment Departments along with the core Operations Team. 

Frame of mind

The mindset of giving back to society has always kept me motivated. I firmly believe that great things can be achieved if you have a giving mindset.

Believe in your vision

Pushing through the difficult times, and the tough periods is something we all have to do. Whether it be personal, business, mental, or emotional, there are lots of variables, unknowns, and circumstances we must all handle and deal with. Working through the tough times requires a lot of motivation, patience, and determination. Because of my self-belief, I continued to work and move forward even when I didn’t want to. Managing the team during the lockdown was again a great challenge as we were just starting off. Training the team while sitting in a different location in those uncertain times was really difficult.

But as I mentioned earlier, it all boils down to one thing, and that is your belief in your vision. The most important elements of pushing through and beating the tough times or the challenges that lie ahead are your belief, and your conviction in your vision.

It was my love for this work that led me to enter this market. But there was a group of people around me who made this possible, as nothing is possible without a great team.

Who has influenced you the most in life?

In my family, it’s my elder brother who has always influenced and motivated me. In general, I idolise "Ratan Tata" and want to follow in his footsteps in life.
