I am Muruga Barathi, 40 years young and an energetic male. I am a Preferred Speaker, a Principled Human, a Proud Indian, a Prudent Tamil, and a Practising Hindu. I have completed 8 post-graduates and many certificate courses. I have authored 12 books. I have been into public speaking since the age of 9 and have passed more than 3000 stages, like a perennial stream. Since 2004, I have worked as a professional HR Trainer, delivering over 2000 training programmes to over 100,000 participants. I am also a poet, social worker, and psychological counselor.

 

YOSI HR Training

I founded YOSI HR Training (OPC) Private Limited on 2nd March, 2005. The term "YOSI" means "to think" and it functions as an acronym for "Oracle for Self Improvement of Youth". It was incorporated as an OPC Private Limited in December 2020, and the corporate office is now in Trichy, Tamilnadu. Mr. Athikrishnan is the current Managing Director of the company. We provide services such as Business Consulting, Leadership Coaching, Soft Skills Training and Psychological Counseling. Our clients include Schools, Colleges, Organizations, Financial Services, Manufacturing Companies and Retail Showrooms. We conduct workshops on topics such as Public Speaking, Digital Marketing, Business Management and Train-The-Trainer courses. We do book publications as well.

 

Human Resource, the requisite factor

It should be remembered that any organisation or business can only be operated by the people, for the people, and of the people. Humans are the most precious assets for any organisation or business. So, it is vital to manage and develop the resources better. Humans are not machines or money, to be treated as just another resource. because all other resources are non-living and possess common qualities. Humans, on the other hand, have unique abilities, characteristics, and emotions. If an organization is able to rightly manage the resources within humans (i.e., attitudes, skills, and knowledge), then they can easily channelize them towards the achievement and betterment of that organization. According to me, "The success of any organization does not depend on utilising financial resources, but on developing human resources."

 

What kind of transformation can an individual expect from life skills and work skills training courses from YOSI HR Training?

We are doing "Need analysis" for all our client-side programs and tailoring our programs based on that. Even for our public programs, we are clearly defining the objectives. It empowers us to transform people beyond their limits and potential. Individuals can blossom within, be happy and motivated, increase their knowledge, enrich relationships, and improve skills such as communication, leadership, and problem solving by participating in our training programs. It is our motto to help the individual develop in his profession and to improve in life.

 

The power of personal/business coaching

Training is the transfer of knowledge of a subject and, mostly, it is periodical in nature. Coaching is mainly asking questions to realize on one’s own and giving feedback, and it is continuous in nature for a period of time. Coaching enables an individual to think clearly and understand themselves, their problems, and their surroundings better. The coach suggests temporary solutions and techniques to rise above the issues and regain the power to face the future on their own.

 

How to Train the Trainer?

Yeah.. it’s our pride. Competent trainers develop the trainees, but see the fellow trainers as competitors. But, YOSI believes in cooperation and societal development. By conducting Train The Trainer workshops, we are continuously helping our fellow trainers to develop in the training profession. So far, we have conducted 5 programs, with the title "Star-Ring" and helped more than 150 trainers. Many of them found ways to promote themselves, like marketing techniques, and to grow in different areas like laughter yoga, so many aspirants started their own training institutes. We believe that we can directly train 1 million people. But, we can easily reach 1 billion people by developing 1000 trainers.

In the field of training and coaching, the provider could be trust-worthy or teach-worthy. YOSI has both these qualities. Trustworthy means, we keep all the client information confidential and we do everything in the best interest of the client (not for our benefit). Teach-worthy means, we have people who have expertise and experience in different areas required by the client, and we practise what we preach to the clients (not just advising).
