Hello, this is Akshay Candanshive. I am from Madgule Village, Tal-Atpadi, Sangli District, Maharashtra. I completed my primary education at Z.P. School Madgule and my high school education at G.D.M. High School Madgule.

Then I pursued my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from New Polytechnic, Kolhapur, and my B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering from Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering and Technology, Ashta, Sangli. Then I opted for my Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi.

Currently, I operate as the Director of MARS Exploration Pvt. Ltd. I am often known for conceptualising the refined working principle of MARS and eventually founding it on 28.12.21.

I am currently operating in the domain of research and analytical information as a real enthusiastic developer for MARS Exploration Pvt Ltd. I consistently thrive towards boosting my team's zeal and dedication to achieve the impossible and establish a clear mark of success with our hard work.

One of the firm beliefs that I acquired after founding MARS Exploration is always to encourage my team to formulate the greatest of creations, automation, and accomplishments by sacredly performing the art of exploring oneself with the truest of passion and zeal. Then only an individual will have the hunger and the determination to make the impossible happen in actuality.

MARS Exploration is ordinarily termed as the online Aero-ed-tech platform that provides exceptional internship training and skill development program on a diversified range of courses in Aerospace, Aeronautics, Space, and Aviation fields to students at undergrad and post-grad levels.

Our expertise primarily lies in Reusable Orbital Launch Vehicles (ROLV) and the productive indulgence of diversified commercial projects affiliated with Aeronautical aerospace avionics, and I.T.
