My name is Durga Prasad, and I was born in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh. I started my career as a sales executive in a 2-wheeler showroom in 2008 and ended up as the Area Business Development Manager for both Telugu states in 2017. In these 10 years, I learned more about marketing and sales by working for MNC companies like Essar Group, GMR Group, Amazon, and Royal Enfield. And in 2019, I started my own business by running an Amazon Booking Point franchise. With my 11 years of experience as an employee and 2 years of experience as a franchisee, I decided to start my own brand called GiftYFI (named GEGA in the beginning) and launched my store on November, 2020, in Bhimavaram and succeeded by selling 5 franchises within 3 months. But the second pandemic wave hit me hard. But I didn’t give up again. I started from step 1 on August, 2021, and have sold another 3 stores till now. I am currently working on another 3 stores in Bangalore, Madurai, and Srikakulam.

I'm looking forward to expanding my brand all over India and launching my own e-commerce web app. I'm confident enough that if I get support from a partner or investor, I can see my brand being No. 1 in the next 6 months.
