Dream Career Hub
DREAM CAREER HUB is not only a company, it is an emotion. where members love to help each other. Let me start with the name of the organization. The first word is DREAM, because I am a DREAMER. My journey started with a dream in the year 2000 when I was reading the newspaper, and I didn’t give up on that dream for 13 years. I was able to achieve my dream in 13 years. That is the reason I started helping people to achieve their dreams.
We help individuals get their dream job by training them in interview strategy, resume building, salary negotiation, communication skills, time management, and many other important soft skills.
 
Coffee with Coach 
Coffee with Coach started on August 15th, 2021. The day I launched Coffee with Coach, I had an idea where I could help the maximum number of people, FREE OF COST. The concept was very simple. I had more than 10K followers across all social media and I thought if I could help 1 person to achieve their goal or to learn something to level up their career, it would be worth it. I had only 4 nominations at the start of the show, but within 2 weeks my entire calendar for the year was booked because the idea was unique and people (my guests) were ready to inspire and support. I am proud to share that my entire calendar is blocked for the year still. I am thankful to all the guests who said YES to the show.
However, I got an amazing platform through coffee with coach to showcase my results across the world and I named this as the HALL OF FAME Episode. The HOF Episode is the backbone of my LIVE Show where anyone who gets the DREAM JOB or their desired result after joining the community will be in the HOF Club and their interview will be published. Again, I am pleased to announce that a few HOF Interviews have already been published on the COFFEE WITH COACH Show, and many more are in the works.
 
 
Sahyog Charitable Foundation
Sahyog Charitable Foundation is my NGO. My father is a social worker, and he had a dream to help people selflessly. During the COVID LOCKDOWN, we saw many people starting to suffer with food and shelter. Then we thought to open an NGO and start helping people. Initially, we were providing lunch packets to the migrants who were travelling to their homes. We personally were on the road along with a lunch packet, and that mission was super successful. And then we decided to help people with education and started giving tuition to orphanages. Now, along with DREAM CAREER HUB, I used to conduct FREE sessions per month where we help people to become better in their career.
I have identified one charitable mentee per year since 2000 and have taken full ownership of their education.

2- Ruchali Khartad has cleared her interview and started getting good marks from the college time itself.
 
Plan your career
According to my opinion, the proper time to plan a career should begin in the 10th grade.
If the right decision has been taken after the 10^th standard, then the 12^th and then further studies will be easy for the candidates. Nowadays, we have many career counsellors who help to decide the right career from 10^th class onwards itself.
According to the survey, 67% of people are not happy with their jobs because they are in the wrong profession. Since they are getting paid and they don’t have a choice, they have to continue.
 
My motivation
Well, I got my first kick of motivation in 2017, It was June 2017. I got a call from one of my friends, Tanmay, that he had gotten his job because of the resume which I had prepared for him. That was the best feeling of happiness. From that day forward, whenever I see my people succeeding and growing in their careers, I feel like the most motivated and happiest person on the planet.

Become Career Coach
There are a few new as well as old initiatives in the pipeline. I am on a mission to create multiple coaches under me because I cannot help people alone, so I decided to help others to become career coaches so that they can give their hand and we can collectively work on the education and employment systems of India.
I've decided to hold a FREE session once a month as well, so that people who aren't wealthy can benefit as well.
My NGO will play the biggest role in this mission very soon.
