I am Sagar Pandya, Co-Founder of Boomers, a civil engineer by education, and a young entrepreneur with a visionary and forward-looking attitude. I recently received the title of Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022. I co-founded the brand "Boomers" with Mr. Kadam Raval.

Saine Life India LLP is an integrated company having businesses in key industry verticals – Adhesives, Personal Care & Cosmetics, and Import-Export. The company is a prominent trader of adhesives and a manufacturer and brand owner of personal care and cosmetic products. Now, the company has a diversified portfolio to cater to Paints, Chemicals, and Health and Wellness Industries.
The company recently launched its own brand, "Boomers" for hair care, skincare, and body care. We have launched our flagship series, Fuel Up, in which we have Fuel Up Hair Repair Shampoo, Fuel Up Growth Hair Oil, and Fuel Up Nutrify Hair Mask.
Where can a customer find your products other than on your website?
The company has launched the Boomers Brand on its own website, www.boomers.in. Other than that, customers can find our products on Amazon and Flipkart. Soon, the company will launch its products on other online e-marketplaces as well to cater to more consumers across India.
What do you think is making our hair healthier and stronger? What routine would you suggest with your products?
Our flagship product, called Fuel Up, is scientifically developed and primarily controls hair fall and promotes hair growth. We develop our products with great care, selecting the best ingredients available in nature. Our hair care products effectively cleanse and rejuvenate hair to leave it nourished and manageable. They are rich in natural oils and botanical ingredients that help repair, strengthen and nurture damaged hair. It enables the hair damaged by overexposure to chemicals in hair styling products, heat, sunlight, harsh weather elements, or pollutants to recover its healthy texture. Where do you see boomers in the next 3 years?
We believe that satisfaction is the key factor in the trade. We initially plan to capture the local market as it is always important to get first-hand customer feedback. The end goal of a product is to reach the target audience when required. Our strategy ensures that the product reaches potential customers when they look for the same. We plan to achieve systematic sales targets with an incremental approach. We do not compromise on quality. We plan to launch "Boomers" in Europe, North America, and Asian countries in coming years. We plan to make Boomers a sustainable, quality and household brand for the new generation.
What makes you different from the other companies?
We have developed our products with the goodness of plants and crafted them with passion and expertise. Ancient cures for the next generation Our products are clinically tested, paraben-free, sulfate-free, and cruelty-free. We do not use any harsh chemicals that can affect consumers. We have our own in-house tech team to manage online sales, which is very important. Using the latest technology and innovations in our products, we are shaping the interface of the cosmetic industry.
How did you choose the ingredients for the products, and could you share the team behind this?
I and my co-founder initially faced the same issue of hair fall as many others, and we found that the products that were available on the market were not that capable of solving the problem. Not just in styling products, but in virtually every single personal care product in the country. So we spent almost one year on research and development, and we finally developed our formula and launched our brand.
We have a team of experienced professionals with an overall rich experience of 40 years. I co-founded Boomers with Mr. Kadam Raval, the tech brain of our company, and under the guidance of my father Mr. Mukesh Pandya, who has rich experience and is a planner and strategist with a track record of developing policies and processes that have enabled large businesses and institutions to improve their operational and financial performances.
