We share Onboarding formalities with candidates in advance, this helps both talent and company for smooth onboarding instead of your new employee spending their first few days buried in paperwork.
  • Send a warm-welcome: - After Completion of Offer release process, our team is in regular contact with talent by sending Warm- Welcome emails or some information related articles to keep them engaged digitally.
  • Replacement: - We offer 60-90 days of replacement period to our clients free of charge if they are not impressed with the performance of hired talent.
