Hi, I'm Ajai from Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu. I entered the BPO field in 2014 as a freelance outsourcer for other freelancers who were searching for work-from-home jobs. I worked in call centres from 2015 to 2018 and started getting clients from different locations in the world. But I got a chance to go to Dubai in 2018 as a Business Development Manager and returned back in 2019 and again started outsourcing microwork jobs to those who are in need. And in 2020, during COVID lockdown, I started doing projects by building my own team. In 2021, I registered my own company, "A5 Infotech Private Limited" under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and I got a lot of projects and gave a lot of job opportunities to freelancers. And still, we are running successfully.

We are doing services under A5 Infotech like Translation, Transcription, Subtitling, Data annotation, Data entry, data collections, Lead generation, Digital Marketing, telecalling etc.

We cannot say it as avatar agents, as it will mention the AI BOT. Avatar is a technology that we use to run our call centre campaigns to replace live human speech with pre-recorded speech to talk to customers and get the job done by reducing human effort by talking for a long time without getting tired. So, Avatar will help us to deliver more output than the traditional method of using humans to talk.

We are helping centres to get genuine projects by verifying each and every project by doing the work with my team. If the project and payment are genuine, then we will outsource to other centers. Otherwise, we will take the risk. And we are continuously fighting against scammers in this field.
