The benefits of implementing KraftAbot RPA

Robotic process automation has been around for a while. By allowing companies to cut costs, it has established its value across industries. The true success of RPA, however, has relied on the expertise of RPA developers and their capacity to design and code automation projects. As a result, the business team must heavily rely on the technology team to automate its procedures.
By using KraftABot, domain experts will be able to automate their processes after a small training without needing to turn to an RPA specialist. This is accomplished by Expressonic's patented, distinctive structure (USPTO patent allotted).

How KraftABot help in smooth running of business?

Every type of organization can benefit from KraftABot's cost-saving features and agility in responding to urgent manufacturing requirements. The KraftABot system consists of three parts:
  1. A design studio for designing job for the Bot,
  2. A Bot to carry out those jobs in accordance with the timetable and requirements, and
  3. An Enterprise Manager to oversee all the bots worldwide.

Any Enterprise, big or small, can use the solution with flexible management controls because it has been created with a scalable architecture. The full solution can be installed either on-site or in the client's cloud computing environment.
Being a start-up, the benefit for the customers is that we are open to product enhancements depending on customer requirements up to a certain extent. With big sellers in the market, that won't be achievable.

What motivated you to start this business?

In the past, I've had the chance to deal with big corporations. I interacted with most of the top RPA vendors as part of setting up an RPA CoE. Although RPA is a novel and ground-breaking concept, I came to understand that its complexity presents problems.

The majority of the potential users find it difficult due to the complete implementation cycle. It involves a Process Expert from the RPA development team working with Domain Experts from the Business team to understand the process and come up with a practical RPA workflow that can be developed by the RPA development team. This is where there will be many challenges due to multiple learning processes where many points will be lost in translation.
We encourage business customers who are not technologically savvy to design and implement a process based on their domain requirements utilizing KraftABot. We call it the KraftABot RPA Office Suite since business users can use KraftABot in a similar way to how they would use PowerPoint or MSOffice Word.

How you are going to scale up in coming years?

We have multiple diversification projects in the pipeline. We have an AI product which works with our RPA process. We also have plans to come up with a Cloud based solution which will be offered on a SaaS model of delivery.
