1. Who is Srividya M R? 

Srividya is a self-made entrepreneur, a strong personality who is driven by her goals and clear in her vision. The skill to ‘network’ being her biggest strength, she is humble enough to experiment and learn from each of her mistakes. She has targets, records and keeps learning in each phase of work and life.

Integrity binds her character, whereas her commitment, passion and ambition to make a difference and stand-out in the business industry and also her concern and contribution to the betterment of society makes her a special person.

2. Tell us more about fFreedom App?

fFreedom app (Financial Freedom) is a visionary organization of it’s founder C S Sudheer, on a mission to help millions of people become financially independent by reducing their dependency on others and helping them build a livelihood.

The app has over 900+ courses which gives insight on the success stories of individuals from various entrepreneurial walks who have opened up to create awareness and motivate the aspirants who want to discover their capabilities in the same business. The app thus, aims to empower the common man of India with all tools, much needed awareness and business launch support (ffreedom nest) which gives them confidence and determination to build a better future for themselves.

3. Could you take us through your journey to the Icons of Bharat? How did you come across this platform and what are the procedures to enroll?

I have to thank ffreedom app for this. I am one of the mentors in the app and I have shared my story of candle making in detail. This was launched about an year and a half back and since then my journey probably begun to reach Icons of Bharath platform.

The parameters for getting selected was not easy. I consider myself privileged to reach the finale now.

Any entrepreneur from India, who thinks that their business idea is a successful model can apply via ffreedom app for season 2.

4. Could you share your experience with Icons of Bharat? What has inspired you to be part of this?

Experience of being on National Television, to share my story with entire world and to be recognized as one among 1500 + business individuals from the country is obviously an extraordinary feeling.

There are many aspects of my inspiration to be a part of this. An experience that’s never shared, an epiphany which hits me often, a story that’s unheard, most importantly a ‘Myself’ whom I had not met. Being a part of Icons of Bharath has been my journey towards myself as a better human being and a better entrepreneur.

5. What will be your further steps after this?

There are many plans :

I. To make my organization Aura Group of Industries to be one among the fortune 500 organization, providing employment to as many less privileged as possible

II. Create a learning environment in rural areas on candle making, toy making, home made food products and other small businesses with minimum skill-set and help women to build a small scale sustainable source of income

III. Create awareness about the support given by the government of India for women who want to own a business and support them in the journey of creating their start-up

IV. Join hands with ffreedom app in identifying, planning, organizing and executing business launch events for the truly deserving business aspirants

V. Motivate our youth to stay back in our country and experiment with our resources and make a difference by being employers, not by leaving the country to make money

6. What is your success mantra?

I am not scared of failures, so I experiment a lot. May be because I have failed number of times in business and life. So I strongly believe, If it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it. It’s the hard that makes it great. If I can challenge my capabilities of yesterday and work towards carving a better ‘me’ for today and tomorrow, it definitely does good to my business and my surroundings!
