I feel our education system needs to put more focus on developing more entrepreneurs rather than job seekers. I have been involved in hiring for years now, and I strongly feel that efforts need to be made from the grass root level of the education system. We have always been asked to prepare ourselves to get a good job and never to be a professional who can run a business.

The biggest challenge startups face is the lack of knowledge of various functions of the business apart from the product or services they want to develop.
Motivation and learning
Everyone needs some motivation. My motivation is my hunger for learning. Learning is the key. I feel I need 48 hours in a 24 hour day to learn everything that I want. Usually, I keep Saturdays for learning.
What excites you the most as a Business Strategy Consultant?
This is the era of Indian Business Owners and start-ups. It really excites me when I see young entrepreneurs coming up with innovative products and services to make human life easier.
