I'm Nidhi Khurana, the founder, and envisioner of
GoGlobalWays. And I'm on a mission to acquaint kids with the true power of
knowledge and technology. Through the means of our learning platform, I'm
connecting with fellow tinkerers, learners, and thought leaders to bring
accessible, reliable, and high-quality tech lessons to students around the
world. Apart from my work, I'm a mother and a passionate educator.
GoGlobalWays
GoGlobalWays is an innovative educational platform that
utilizes a completely hands-on approach to learning robotics. AI, VR, and
programming[a] and [b]. We started GGW with a vision to break the shackles and
bring forth a new side of education. We offer comprehensive courses taught by
expert educators and developed after years of research by the top academicians
in the world. All of our curricula and courses have been backed by a unique,
proprietary STEAM ladder that narrows down the needs of a student based on
their age, technological abilities, and grade.
Learn coding with fun at GoGlobalWays
I'd like to refer to this famous quote:
Tell Me and I Forget; Teach Me and I May Remember; Involve
Me and I Learn.
When you pick up a skill, in our case it's coding, you look
at it objectively. For the first few days, the skill itself is a novel
experience for you, which is why you don't need any extra push to sit down and
learn more about it. But once a few days pass by, we're stuck in a loop where
either the skill becomes a burden because it has gotten lackluster or it is
abandoned with the plethora of things, we've begun but never finished.
To make sure coding is not met with the same destiny, we
believe that it's essential that we keep the kids engaged and entertained from
day 1 to D-day. Embracing challenges, understanding concepts through play,
tinkering with their peers, and learning from an expert, all of this ensures
that coding becomes a fun activity for them. One where they learn more about
technology, get prepared for the future and equip themselves with a new skill.
Excelling industry skills at schools
Schools are quite literally the temple of learning. Anything
that we learn or experience actually begins in our school lives. Imagine if
your schools taught you the industry-standard skills you'd need to succeed in
life in a fun, hands-on way. Sounds like a dream, right?
GoGlobalWays is helping progressive schools that are going
the extra mile to make education more inclusive and futuristic by providing
them with an annual STEAM curriculum. We offer coding robotics classes for
students based on their grades, needs, and learning abilities. So, you're not
only engaging your students in a highly productive environment but also instilling
a sense of creative freedom amongst them. Now, coming back to how it helps the
students, we believe that staying ahead of the curve means learning in-demand
skills proactively. And we help them do it with a research-backed curriculum,
interactive classes, and gratuitous experience.
Make coding easy for kids
Firstly, there are no minimum requirements for taking this
course.
And secondly, making courses comprehensive for kids was a
mammoth task, which I'm very happy to say that the GoGlobalWays team was able
to achieve through years of working, experimenting, and conducive research. In
our curriculum, we've deconstructed all of the complex concepts into
bite-sized, comprehensive segments. So, if you're trying to learn coding from
Scratch, we're not throwing the entire module at you all at once. Instead,
we'll take you through different concepts slowly and teach you how to apply
what you've learned in class to create real-world inspired projects. So, at the
end of it, the kid not only understands the lessons thoroughly but also knows
their significance.
Connect with yourself and push yourself
Once you've crossed the conventional learning stages, like
your degrees, exams, and everything. You realize that there's a world of
knowledge beyond all of these papers and books that you've still got to
comprehend. So, I remind myself that every day is a learning opportunity. It
can be as simple as understanding how an app is more user-friendly than others
or how a minor tweak in your script can make the code run faster. Keeping your
legs on the ground, and reading the latest journals and magazines about the
industry keeps you in touch with all the recent developments.
And besides all of this, I also journal every day. I believe
that connecting with your conscious and introspecting allows you to push
yourself even further.
Transforming and empowering kids
GoGlobalWays started with a vision of making sure that kids
aren't terrified of getting grades and marks. But they're more engrossed in
learning new things with an indomitable curiosity. We started off with a
realization and now we're here touching hundreds of lives, various schools and
countries. And personally, I believe success isn't just some numbers, it's the
purpose you fulfil in the long run. And I think we're on our way, transforming
lives, making kids happier and empowering them with the practical knowledge
they need to succeed in the outside world. So, we've been not only successful
but blessed with a beautiful mission.
