India is a licensed importer of brands like MK Professional, which is owned by
the TMY group from the USA. Recently, we also acquired the distribution and
license rights for brand MK Professional for the whole of the Southeast Asia
region.
Nu Care
and its brand offerings in the Indian market are extremely curated and offered
with a clear strategy of bringing in innovative, health conscious, and consumer
centric brands into the marketplace. All our suppliers are approved for all
health standards globally as well as have all manufacturing standards that are
world class, apart from being animal cruelty free.
MK Hair
Botox and other products
All our
products are FORMALDEHYDE FREE to begin with, which is the biggest difference
that we intend to bring to the Indian Beauty industry. Most brands have shown
utter disregard or have been masking the details, putting the consumer at risk.
Our pinnacle products include MK Hair Botox, the first such product in the US
marketplace, Hair Biotin, the world's first liquid B7 treatment patented by MK,
Organic Treatment, MK Argan Oil, which is one of the few brands to have argan
content of more than 70%; and so on. We are innovating continuously and your
feedback has resulted in the conceptualisation and roll out of products like
Express Botox, Bont-X, a premium organic hair care treatment, to name a few.
The Team
The core
team of Nu Care is an amalgamation of entrepreneurs and top management
professionals from MNC’s, who have come together to drive a change in the
Indian beauty and cosmetic world centred around health and consumer service.
They are graduates of BITS Pilani, MIT, and other prestigious institutions with
extensive experience in retail, automotive, beauty, fashion, and information
technology, having worked with pioneering brands such as Mobil, Hyundai, Nike,
Levis, Adidas, Rebook, SAP, and others.

The
mismatch
The
Indian hair care market is filled with importers bringing in banned
straightening and keratin brands and associated lines to make a quick Moolah.
The age of those products is far gone, and customers are well aware of the
same. You can also see products banned by the FDA due to the presence of the
highly carcinogenic formaldehyde and its derivatives being imported and
distributed, thus posing a high risk to the consumer as well as the stylists.

Considering
We are a
pure corporate from an operating perspective and hence do not get involved in
distribution or any direct supplies. Also, to ensure good and healthy business
for the salons, we make sure that our products are not available on any of the
ecommerce platforms. We have a strong distribution network in around 15 states,
covering almost 115 cities, through which we supply our products to the market.
The thought process behind this would stem from what we mentioned earlier. Our
