I, Mohamed Jameel Alikhan, graduate of SRM Institute of Hotel Management with 15+ years of experience in Customer service, client service, Team management, soft skills & Process training & US Payroll, tax & Garnishment. I have also worked with 2 South Indian channels as a chef and have had over 100+ episodes telecasted. I am an organic and eco-friendly lover who prefers to live sustainably and try to be a minimalist.

I enjoy eating from different places and have tried different cuisines over the past 11 years.  I always had this thought of giving affordable and at the same time, no compromise on quality, and have worked through the way to find the best solution. Pe-Del - Personal Delivery Expert is one of those concepts to make unaffordability affordable.

Pe-Del - Personal Delivery Expert, was founded in July 2022 under ESOAR Innovations Private Limited, while we (my partner & myself) decided to ensure we provide services to those who crave food and other household products and services, and at the same time, pricing should be right enough as an affordable median.

We are the one-stop solution to our customer's needs, breaking the odds of overspending on daily needs. We are coming up with a plan to resolve your logistics planning, at the same time ensuring we are connected with local vendors of your choice. Be it Sabji wali aunty to Kirana wale uncle, we are connected. If you need an electrician or a gas stove repair, we have the contacts. We have 47+ categories under Pe-Del app, which is yet to be launched in Bengaluru for the beta version by the end of this year.

 

Seeking investment

We will be launching our app called Pe-Del, which will primarily connect local vendors to riders and customers through our app. Our service will be straightforward enough for a common man to understand our pricing terms and will have a friendly app to support our local community and customers.

We are currently seeking investment on an equity-based or debt-based basis and will be trial launching our app in 3 main areas of Bengaluru for faster reach with minimum investment. Every month, we will launch our service in new areas of Bengaluru, with the goal of covering the entire city by the middle of 2023. 

 

Right investment for the future

If we have the right investment, we will be using EV's to deliver, which in turn will reduce CO2 as our motto is to serve our customers with a zero-carbon footprint through our services and we will connect local vendors to promote products and services digitally.

Once we launch our App we will initially serve in Bangalore and will be moving to Chennai, Pune, and Hyderabad by the end of 2023. We will be the one-stop solution for our customers, with a vast majority of local service providers connected through us to provide affordable and best-quality services locally.

Pe-Del is our dream project considering our soaring price and affordability. We will be the first service provider in India who will be focusing on providing affordable service while focusing & thinking about our local vendors who have struggled through the great pandemic and yet we give them less preference in our daily activities. We will engage our local vendors through various services offered by us at an affordable cost, increasing their presence in the zone they cater to and increasing their customer base for our vendors to connect and engage digitally.
