trainer, and mentor for students in business schools for the last 20 years
currently working with Kohinoor Business School as Dean for the Master of
Management Studies Program affiliated to University of Mumbai.

Completed my graduation (B.Com.) and Masters
of Personnel Management (MBA HR) from the University of Pune, now named
Savitribai Phule Pune University,
Completed Ph.D. from Padmashree D.Y. Patil University in the areas of management, HR, and OB on the topic "Antecedents and Consequences of Managerial Stress: An Empirical Study in the IT Sector.
Work
responsibilities as a Dean and other experience
I have worked for 6 years in the corporate
sector as a middle-level manager in the area of HR and personnel management in
paper and brass manufacturing companies. Areas handled are training,
appraisals, and organizational development intervention processes.
Teaching Experience: In the education field
for the last 20 years. Since 2011 working with Kohinoor Business School.
Initiatives Undertaken:
- Successfully completed the National Assessment of Accreditation Council (NAAC) certification for Kohinoor Business School.
- Convener for corporate social responsibility program "Dayitva,": A societal development, and successfully handled it for the last 11 years.
- Conducting Research Conferences and Summits.
- Introduced Mentorship Program for aspiring managers at business school.
- Chief Editor Committee member of Kohinoor’s Journal of Management Development and Research an ISSNNo-2249-023, it is a J-Gate Indexed journal. Total of 8 issues released to date and 9 in progress
- Conducted training for MLS students at the Central University of Karnataka on Employee Engagement and Talent Management in the month of March 2021.
- Conducted a two-day Management Development Program at Indovance Solutions Private Ltd., Pune, on HR and People Management November 2019 and 2021.
- Conducted Executive Training Program for more than 100 executives of Radha Krishna Hospitality Services (RKHS) now SODEXO on different modules like-

organized by Confederation of Indian Industry for the case competition titled
“Too Fat to Fly: A case study of a cabin crew in Indian Airlines “, conducted
on 26th February 2016 and a cash prize of Rs20000/-
Won the “Outstanding Research paper award” at ICTBM 2015, in the INFORMS Best paper competition at international conference organized by American University in the Emirates, the paper titled “A structural Equation modeling to understand the moderating effect of correlates on structural and process determinants” also Chaired a session on Education at the conference.
