Dr. Deepti Bhargava

Myself Dr. Deepti Bhargava, principal of Shrinathji Institute of Biotechnology and Management, an institute of leading private group Shrinathji group of institution in Nathdwara, Rajsamand. I have gained 24yrs of experience in the education sector. Presently I look after the all administrative and teaching work of the institute running commerce and management courses.  My main objective is to inculcate the professional and technical skills among the students based on ethical values.

I have done MBA from Banasthali Vidyapith in the year 2009 followed by PhD from Mohanlalsukhadiya University Udaipur. Area of interest: organisation behaviour, human resource management, strategic management, business ethics and Indian ethos, information technology.

 

• 18 years administrative experience including daily schedule and academic calendar making & maintaining, faculty, student & institute development activities, evaluation and assessment activities, curriculum designing, financial decision & budget designing for different activities.
• Motivate and encourage the people from the rural and remote area of Rajsamand district to become educate, especially the people who are financially weak and want to take education along with job. Coordinate and guide them to enroll themselves with Indira Gandhi National Open University.
• Adopted five villages along with team and do the following activities for the development of the society -  

  ·        Plantation and pollution free awareness programmes

  ·        Swachta Abhiyan programmes

  ·        Medical checkups and health awareness programmes through camps and lectures of expert

  ·        Women empowerment programmes and creates awareness toward gender equality through seminar, workshops, lectures, rally and skits

  ·        Education and literacy awareness programs through presentations, skits, seminars and conferences

  ·        Workshops on issues like road safety and organic farming

  ·        Workshops and organize skit on digital India, ecommerce, mobile banking, cashless transactions, paytm 

• Organised district level symposium on social issues like women empowerment in which all stakeholders participated i.e. Collector, representative from district administration, NGO, police department, representative from the society, victims and students 
• To provide the platform to the talented and potential students of the schools of Rajsamand district by organizing following programmes:

§  Inter school quiz competition in association with Indian society for training and development

§  Organizing Pratibha Samman Samaroh to facilitate the potential students of school of the district and guru samman continuously six years

• Organizes various career cancelling seminars to motivate and guide the students to select right path also help to place the students. 
• Organize “workshop on matdata jagrukta” along with the administration of Rajsamand and felicitated by hon’ble collector sh. P.c. Berwal in the year 2018. 
• Ph.D. supervisor, department of business administration, Mohanlal Sukhadia university, Udaipur, enrolled five research scholar, 4 awarded Ph.D.
• Completed ICSSR sponsored major research project title “Improvement of quality of management education in india-a study”, 2012
• Organised 22 national level seminar and workshops including ICSSR sponsored national seminar on rural development- opportunities and challenges to be held on September, 2013
• Presented 21 papers in international/national seminars and workshops
• Published 29 papers in international and national ISSN journals
• 2 books published
• Life membership of ICA, ISTD and AIMA

 

We regularly conduct personal development activities like skill enhancement programs and vocational training sessions for overall development of the students. We have tie ups with different local industries that serve as a platform for students to gain practical experience and knowledge. We offer a number of workshops and projects on research methodologies that helps students in skill development and placement. We focus on interaction sessions and talks from various national and international industry experts to provide guidance to students with their knowledge and experience. 

 

We aim to enhance the educational environment and personal development of the students. A much-defined curriculum will be formed for the overall development of each individual and prepare them for the demand of the market to help them achieve their goals in life. Our focus is to provide skill development programmes and provide a platform for start-ups. We want to develop leadership qualities too in the students so that they could also generate opportunities for others. We aspire to inculcate in our students a complete life experience and unsurpassed professional growth.

The future of youth in the hand of academicians so develop or educate them skills based on values. The academic fraternity much responsible to shape the youth. They should update themselves so that contribute the most.
